  Everything was great from the estimate right down to the final inspection. The crew was so respectful very responsive and paid attention to every detail. I love the Anlin Doors and the quality.

  This is our 2nd time using Approved Contractors for our window replacement project and we look forward to using them again for a 3rd time hopefully in 2026 to wrap up the rest of our home! We have noticed a significant difference in the heat that enters our home which helps tremendously with the summer heat we get in our area. It has also helped cut the noise back to where we can sleep more peacefully. Pricing and quality are great and they aren't sales pitchy like others we experienced when getting quotes.

  We are so pleased with our selection of Approved Contractor to renovate our home’s exterior! They replaced our board&batten wood siding with James Hardie board&batten fiber board siding. Additionally, they enclosed the eaves with fiber cement soffits, replaced gable and foundation vents with fire-rated Vulcan vents, and coated the entire exterior siding with Lifetime Plus’ Cool Life coating system. Approved Contactor was magnificent from initial assessment to end result. Thank you Justin, Marcos and crew, and office staff for your professionalism and desire to please your consumers. We love our new siding, and judging by the many compliments we receive, our neighbors love it too! We highly recommend Approved Contactor.

  We live a few blocks from a very high fire zone area that adjoins a watershed in San Diego County. After taking bids from 5 companies, we hired Approved Contractor to make our home MUCH more resistant to wildfires. We wanted all wood removed, replacing it with only stucco and Hardie board. Approved Contractor was BY FAR the best company that had a solid understanding of the actions to take, without compromising aesthetics. Furthermore, they were recommended on the James Hardie website. Our timeline was tight. They moved quickly. Our crew had the skills of craftsmen and technicians. Marcos, our manager, was like a conductor. His team worked seamlessly to complete our project on time, within budget, and well beyond our expectations We couldn’t be happier…or safer.
