We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Luis came out to give us a quote and arrived fully prepared with a ladder. When he got here, I asked if he could take a look at two different areas of our roof, and he was more than happy to do so. He was incredibly thorough and took plenty of photos so he could show me exactly what was going on with both areas. I really appreciated that Luis took the time to walk me through the different options, explain what he recommended, and, most importantly, why. I never felt pressured, just well informed and confident about what needed to be done. When the team came to complete the work, they were always on time, professional, and did an excellent job. They also cleaned everything up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. The quality of the work and level of professionalism were excellent, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Luis and his team did an amazing job repairing our roof! I was very worried because we needed the repair done quickly before a business trip, but Luis solved every issue brilliantly. They were extremely responsible throughout the entire process and left the place spotless after finishing the work. We are planning to replace our siding and windows next year, and we definitely plan to hire Luis again. Thank you, Luis!

Edwin and the American Star team were great to work with. We needed help with ice dams and gutter repair and they came quickly, worked efficiently, and we were really happy with the work. Edwin was also honest about a roof repair we were considering and talking through options and quoted a reasonable price once we’re ready.

I used American Star for snow removal services. They came over to take the snow off my roof and shovel widen the driveway after the plowing. He came to look at the job, priced it and then came after the storm to do the work. His technician did an amazing job and he even returned at no charge to do some touch up work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them for roof repair after the winter
