  I don't know how good or how bad they are because the owner, after giving me an estimate , never returned my phone calls or texts. The estimate was for a roof repair which he probably didn't feel like doing reason why he probably gave me an high price and was surprised when I accepted. However I find his attitude unprofessional and I wouldn't even try to ever use them. Gave them a one star because to post can't give zero stars.

  Leandro and his team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. They stripped and replaced 2,000 square feet of roofing, including 12 sheets of plywood, in a single day. The following day they completed all new gutters and downspouts, and by day three the property was completely cleaned up and restored. As an added bonus, they repaired several sections of trim at no charge. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding.   Leo, the owner, is very professional, responsive and reliable. We found him online and he did a fantastic job replacing our roof and skylights. He gave us honest suggestions and a reasonable quote with good warranty. We are very happy with the result! Highly recommended!

  Universal Roofing did a fabulous job. They installed new shingles on our roof per schedule and cleaned the surroundings of all the debris. They gave a very reasonable quote. Highly rwcommended.

  Had roof done in 2023. Very impressed. They did a great job and did exactly wear they said they woud do. These guys found preexisting leaks from siding that I couldn't find, and other roofers couldn't explain. They did a really nice professional job fixing some shotty vents in my siding. The roof has held up well so far.

  Everything about this experience was excellent. Having a roof replaced involved more than just comparing estimates. It involved brand and color selection, and understanding all facets of the work to be done. My experience with Leo (Leandro) was second to none. He was extremely patient throughout the process, providing sample homes he had done throughout the area. When we suggested a certain brand because of color, he politely steered us away from it as he did not feel the brand was a good quality. When it came time to do the roof replacement, his crew showed up shortly before 7am. They worked nonstop except for a short morning break and lunch. The entire job was completed (dumpster arrived and left) and they pulled out at 2:40pm. Leo stopped by and answered a few remaining questions I had forgotten to ask. It was obvious that he does a high volume of roofs and is extremely well positioned to help customers decide on which brand and color to choose. He is extremely professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with Universal Roofing.
