This company came out to give me an estimate on repair of my roof. They told me they would be out within several weeks. Never showed up. I called no response called again still no response still waiting. Told me they would show up on a Tuesday still waiting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in Baldwin County and Mobile County. Randy is an employee of theirs and I cannot for the life of me understand how you still employ him. He does not follow up does not follow through and does not complete a job thoroughly.

Dear Miss Beck, I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait time for your estimate. I understand how frustrating this can be and I apologize for any inconvenience. I have personally looked through you file and at this point you have never signed a contract with us. Until you sign the contract, we're not able to do work. We have to have a signed contract in order to pull the permit to start, your project. We have made several attempts to get you to sign a contract, so we can schedule the work. The original estimator that provided you with an estimate left you a copy. He later sent you a copy to your email address. The office has sent you a copy also. I'm here to help, I would like to personally help make things right. Please contact us directly at 251-580-7663 or steve@alliancellc.org

Brent and the crew from Alliance Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Brent always kept us informed throughout the process and addressed issues and concerns immediately. I would definitely recommend Alliance Roofing.

Alliance replaced our roof in 2021, and they were super busy at that time. However, despite being so busy, the roofer made us feel like their only client. They did a beautiful job on our roof, and we loved being able to finance through Alabama Power. Since our house is old, our chimney wood had to be replaced at the time of the roof installation. These repairs got backlogged and ended up taking a little longer than the roof. Randy, our roofer, was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Steve, the contractor, was very helpful in getting a few roadblocks resolved.

I apologize for any delay on our part. Please send me your contact information to my email address. Which is Stevelumpkin@alliancellc.org. I will pull your file and review it. Then we will be in contact as soon as possible. To resolve this matter quickly and professionally.

Proud moment for our team and the community. Today we had the opportunity to be part of something bigger than roofing, giving back and helping build stronger, more resilient communities. Partnering with GAF’s Community Matters initiative alongside Knockout Inspections and Habitat for Humanity, this project is a reminder of why we do what we do. It’s not just about installing roofs — it’s about protecting families, supporting our neighbors, and making a lasting impact where it matters most. I’m grateful for every team member for showed up, worked hard, and represented what we stand for. This is what leadership in our industry looks like.
