This company never showed up for the appointment and never called to say why they are a no show for the appointment. My husband called their office and left a message and we never received a call back, instead we got an email 3 days later giving us a lame excuse for the no show and quoting us 1,200. I will never ever use this company and I highly do not recommend this business. You can’t do a simple task as to show up for an appointment or call to reschedule, that says a lot about your work ethics and priority with customers.

Emergency repair work to our flat roof after the high winds of Friday A[ril 12, 2024. Owner was very kind and concerned about our situation and came to the house on Saturday to inspect the damage and arranged for immediate temporary repair while she estimated the cost of replacement. The only company that we contacted that showed any concern over the potential further damage to our home

Debbie and All Seasons Roofs are the very best in Michigan! I couldn't think of one thing that wasn't handled professionally. Starting with Debbie came out and was honest, transparent, and able to beat the competition's price, service and quality of product! It would be silly to not have All Seasons Roofs take care of all your roofing needs!

They repaired my roof 2 years ago giving me a 5 year warranty on workmanship and 25 years on material. Noticed problems after Approx. 19 months. Reported this to them 2 weeks ago. They promptly came out to inspect and agreed that water was getting under the coating They installed. They told me they would get back to me in 4 days with a proposed fix. It has now been 10 days and no call back even after I left one message reminding them about the promised call back. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems. So far I am quite disappointed. The warranty was honored and a repair has been made to satisfy the situation. I would work with them again. This is an honorable company.
