Man, I didn't want to do this, but they've forced my hand. This roofing and siding company is awesome and buddy-buddy with you until after they're paid by the contracting company. After that, they don't follow up when you have workmanship issues or requests for help. My insurance company (Intact-Belair) recommended me to use Paul Davis Peterborough, who used All-Seasons to repair some parts of my home, garage and shed. They did amazing work initially, but I kept noticing deficiencies here and there and they came and fixed those up. Now, recently, I noticed some siding at the back of my garage keeps sliding off and I also accidentally chipped my siding and I reached out to Paul Davis who said they'd contact All-Seasons - and nothing has happened. I tried calling All-Seasons myself, and no one answered. I left a voicemail and still nothing. I thought these guys were awesome, but they're just letting me down now. 1/10 for poor customer service. I don't think I'd recommend them to anyone else. C'mon guys. You know who I am. Give me a call.

Still waiting on our warranty paperwork for a new roof we had installed about three years ago. Paid cash the night the roof was completed and we've been ghosted ever since. We've called and emailed to get this information, to no avail. They actually did a great job and there's nothing wrong with the roof. Yet. Time to go to the BBB.

Horrible... They were referred to us by our insurance company. They showed up for an estimate of our damage in regards to our claim and then nothing after that. After 5 weeks of waiting they still did not provide us with an estimate, meanwhile we had an open leak coming into our roof that they knew about. After reaching out via email and telephone there was no response. They left us hanging full well knowing we intended to have the damage fixed immediately. Once communicating with our insurance company we found out they are not going to give us an estimate. No rhyme or reason, just an utter lack of professionalism and laziness. If you intend on having any damage repaired or replaced look anywhere but All Seasons Roofing. Incredibly unprofessional and an overall joke as a company. I would not recommend them for anything, the damage they evaluated was not even relevant to the damage we filed our initial claim on. They added work that did not need attention and intended on price gouging as it was an insurance claim. It says a lot when the company your insurance team recommends does not even have the ability to answer they're phone or emails. Horrible service, Horrible company. Do not use All Seasons Roofing if you want your work completed in a timely manner or at all for that matter.

Great company! Very knowledgeable crew showed up and took the time to clean up my property properly. Looked better when they left than when they arrived! Provided a competitive quote, quality shingles and work!

Very impressed with the crew that did our roof. They were friendly, experienced, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. Team put in a lot of effort to clean up after and left the site/my home looking better than when they arrived.
