Advantage Roofing just just did an excellent job replacing the roof on our 40+ year old house. Mark V was easy to work with and professional in every aspect of the project. Initial inspection was thorough and proposal was fair (not lowest or highest). Job was scheduled in a reasonable timeframe and work completed in one day. Particularly impressed by the cleanup done by Mark's crew.

Marc, did a great job replacing our old rubber roof. He was very pleasant, personable, and kept in contact throughout the whole job. Even made quite a few appearances at the job site. Great job!

Very professional handling from inspection through installation and clean-up. Advantage owner Mark Villano offered helpful and knowledgeable advice and took a personal interest in the project.

When we decided it was time to replace our 50-year-old roof down to the sheeting, an acquaintance suggested we contact Mark Villano at Advantage Roofing, since she was very pleased with the job he did replacing her roof. Within a couple of days after contacting Mark he came over to assess the roof, discuss the details of the job, and provide us with a wide array of samples so we could pick the color and look of the shingles we wanted. We quickly received a very reasonable and detailed quote. Given that it was January, a tentative date was set for later in March but, with the snow melted and good weather in the forecast, Mark contacted us to say the job could be done sooner. The dumpster was delivered on one day, the roofing materials the next day, and the crew arrived the day after that. They got right to work, and it was obvious they were very coordinated and worked well together. Nine sheets of plywood needed to be replaced, and the new roof was completed and everything wrapped up in about 7 hours. This included every piece of debris being picked up, and the walks and driveway swept clean. The dumpster was removed the following morning. Bottom line: We are very happy with the new roof, how smoothly everything went, and how clean everything was after the job was done. If you need a new roof, we highly recommend Advantage Roofing and suggest you give Mark a call!

We had a small wind damage repair needed on our roof. I called Advantage and they were out the next day and quickly fixed the problem. I and my neighbors who have used their services have always been happy with the results. Fast, friendly and fair. DBedeker

I recently hired Adantage Roofing to install a new roof at my clients home in Milford. They had to rip off 2 layers of shingles and install plywood before laying the new shingles. Advantage Roofing did an excellent job and left the job site very clean. I highly recommend their services. They have also done an excellent job on flat roofs for me as well!
