  From the first call to the end of having my roof replaced, I was happy with Andy and his crew. He was extremely responsive and showed up on time and is also personable and trustworthy immediately. He got me a quote quickly and scheduled and did the work expeditiously! His crew was personable and clean and they left my property as they found it - except with a nice roof that I know I can depend on for years to come. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

  Advantage One was able to replace my leaking skylights for a good price and a fast time frame. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. The one small cosmetic issue I noticed was quickly solved with no hassle. They also took care of repairing the interior under the skylights, as there had been water damage. Other companies told me they don't do interior work and would have required me to find a second contractor to handle that part, while also wanting more money. Great service.

  What a find! These guys run a quality company with integrity. The value is outstanding, execution top notch, and price is right. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them do my siding or gutters after the way the roofing replacement went. I contacted them after insurance company said they’d drop me if I didn’t replace the roof. They did a super thorough inspection and report with photos for me, and then gave me a very reasonable quote with great product and warranty. Highly recommend without hesitation.

  I highly recommend A1 Exteriors! They provided a fast quote and a very affordable price for gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. Their team demonstrated immense professionalism and unparalleled attention to detail throughout the entire project. What truly set them apart was their communication. They provided a comprehensive package of over 75 photos documenting the before, during, and after phases of the job. It was incredibly reassuring to see the exact progress, especially how meticulously they handled the underlying repairs on our 1962-built Alexandria home. The photo log showed their crew carefully replacing the damaged original plank decking with fresh wood before properly applying the GAF FeltBuster underlayment. The final result is a flawless, beautifully finished roof with incredibly clean lines around the chimney and ridge vents.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andy. I had some problems with my gutters and could not get anyone to come to my home to evaluate the problem. He came, got on the roof, discovered a water bottle clogging the downspout, and found other debris in the gutters which he removed. He secured the ends of the gutters which had loose metal sticking out. He assured me that my gutters were in good condition and did not try to sell me on new gutters. He is a very conscientious, helpful and diligent man, qualities you do not find very often in business today.

  They repaired my roof and replaced some vents that were in bad shape. Im very pleased with the work they did. Once the job was done they even went around the yard with a magnet.

  I highly recommend Andy from Advantage One Exteriors. He was able to quickly install a ridge vent that was needed. He is highly knowledgeable on code requirements and someone I will use again in the future.
