  I hired this company to replace my roof and siding, and unfortunately the problems started during the initial installation. One of the workers attempted to cover up a rotten section of wood rather than replace it properly. Thankfully, we caught it before the job was completed and insisted that it be replaced. That should have been my first warning sign. Fast forward to a recent home inspection, and we discovered that a required flashing had never been installed. I contacted Juan, who acknowledged the issue and said he would come back to correct it. While discussing the repair, he also provided a quote for additional handyman work. Since then, he has failed to show up for scheduled appointments three separate times. Not once. Not twice. Three times. He has now stopped responding altogether and has completely ghosted me regarding the flashing repair. Everyone makes mistakes, but attempting to cover up issues, failing to complete work properly, repeatedly missing appointments, and then ignoring a customer when it’s time to make things right is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

  What crappy work. Roof leaks, oh I'll be out there tomorrow. No call no show until I emailed about theyre lack of. Roof caused damage to other stuff and they're trying to find everway to get out of paying for. Would not recommend

  I am leaving this review for my father (Joe Alsbury) My dad had them install a new roof on his house and they did a decent job on that aspect. However, there was rotted siding where the roof connected to the siding and they through a quick patch job for temporary fix. My father called numerous times to to get them to come out and give a bid/work done for the above issue and was told (we will be there next Wednesday - this happened numerous times). The last time they gave some excuse about a work truck getting in a wreck. Seems like they only wanted the big job and not deal with the smaller siding job. My father just wanted to get this issue fixed before the winter. Side Note - My dads house is extremely old and to my fathers knowledge they never tested the siding paint for lead. My father called a different well known contractor to finish the job and before they were willing to do the work they needed to test for lead. They said it was a big no-no due to epa regulations.

  I called for a repair job. They said they would send someone out the next day to provide an estimate. They never showed. I called the day after they “no-showed” so they apologized and said they would send someone out that afternoon. No one ever showed and they never called.

  I called to get a quote to have our gutters repaired or replaced. I called on a Friday and was told someone would be out on Monday. No one showed up. I got back in touch that evening and they apologized, said someone would be out the following day. Again, no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of other's time. We will go with another company. I now see two other reviews with the same issue.

  I highly recommend this company, they did excellent work, communication was great, Drew answered all my questions. He kept us updated with all the drone photos of the work that was being completed on our new roof in real time. They found weak spots in the roof that we were unaware of and also needed to be repaired, which they did completed as well. The workers made sure the plants were not harmed and cleaned up the area when they were done, very professional. Thank you again for your excellent service!!

  I had a section of my roof redone because of a leak and had all new gutters put on. I quoted several and ended up going with Acosta mostly cause of reputation and Drew’s customer service. They did great work and you could tell they were experienced. I’d recommend them for roofs and/or gutters.

  My wife and I had just bought our first house and realized we had a roof leak. Zach came out and worked to fix the issue while going above and beyond. What a relief to have someone like that so we can now enjoy our new house. Highly recommend Acosta Angeli for any roofing needs.

  Over the last couple of storms, I noticed rainwater running down the furnace exhaust pipe (roof) to basement. I called Acosta Angeli to get a quote to fix the immediate issue, as well as an assessment on existing roofing (last updated early 2000's). Drew R inspected, caulked, resolved the root cause of the leak and provided a thorough explanation of options for new roofing. Professional service, competitive pricing.   After a storm, some fascia had come loose from our house. I did a quick Google search and planned to call a few roofing companies, expecting it would take at least a week to get someone out. I called Acosta Angeli first, and Juan answered the phone. He took my information and initially said someone could come out the next day. To my surprise, he later texted me and said he would come that same evening at 8:00 PM to repair the fascia before the storms expected the following day. I was truly impressed that they were willing to come out on such short notice to address the problem. Eric and Juan were fast, professional, and incredibly positive throughout the entire process. They not only repaired the fascia on the house but also noticed some damaged fascia on the garage and took care of that as well. The level of service and responsiveness was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repairs. These guys were amazing!

  Drew was amazing. I waved him down while he was helping my neighbor and he came over right after helping her. He gave me a free inspection and even tacked down a couple shingles that had blown up! Highly recommend these guys because it was clear that he cared about his work and helping others!

  House looks great! Crew cleaned up afterwards and repaired divots where machine stabilizers went. Shielded driveway where dumpster was set too. Even painted the new vent caps to match roof. Very pleased.

  Drew Rodgers came for an estimate and went above and beyond. I addition to the estimate, asked him to look at a fascia issue and he fixed it on the spot and for free. It’s the small things and great customer service that yielded this 5 star review.
