  Hello Rob, I'm sorry you are unhappy with how long it is taking for us to get your repair done. I have been in contact with you, and have reassured you that your repair will be done. We typically work in a "who is most urgent" fashion, similar to an emergency room. You are still in line to have your lifted metal secured, as it is part of our 10 year installation warranty, and we do honor our warranties. Thanks for your review, and we will be in touch when your repair is to commence.

  Very rude. I had been in contact (via text message) about a job I need to get done. I sent a message with a question on Tuesday at 11:27AM. No response. I had a busy couple of days but finally had a chance to follow up (with a different question- regarding additional work) on Thursday night. Message came back right away saying, "Messaging at 10:28PM? Find another roofer. I have blocked your number."

  Thank you for your feedback - I would suggest to contact the office instead of the worker's cell phone during working or sleeping hours, this way the information can be relayed and dealt with in a proper manner.

  Very honest. Came out a few months ago checked our roof for a leak took apart soffit over deck no leak. Told us to replace in a few years. Other companies wouldn’t even come out if original roof wasn’t installed by them. Will use this company when shingles need replacing. Very professional. We finally replaced our roof using Ace. They were fabulous from the time we called to the finished product. Delivered shingle samples, crew were polite and answered any questions, worked fast and left our yard clean. If you need a new roof this is the company to hire

  Nothing but good words. The owner is amazing he came out same day and looked at my roof. Fixed the problem and gave me so much helpful information. You know they are good a trust worthy when he says he can’t in good conscience sell me on a new roof yet! In this economy that speaks volumes!

  Aces reshingled our home this spring. Their prompt replies to emails, texts, and phone calls kept us informed and relaxed throughout the process. Halley went above and beyond, even dropping off shingle samples at our door! She also let us know when certain things should happen, and encouraged us to get in touch if they didn’t. Every time we had a concern, it was promptly answered. Need I mention that the new roof looks terrific?

  Aces Roofing made the whole process of redoing our roof an excellent experience. They are professional, timely and communication is always a pleasure. They did an excellent job and the new roof looks amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them if you need your roof replaced or even repaired.   Fantastic service! During the heavy rain we had , one of our skylights developed a leak. Within an hour , we had two people here to tarp it up and stop the leak until a permanent repair can be made . Thanks guy's !

  From the initial contact to completion, this company has been outstanding. The office staff was immediate in their response to our request for a quote. The gentleman who did the measurements was on our doorstep within the hour. The crew worked hard, fast and were professional. Even the neighbours commented on their work ethic.
