I had an extremely disappointing experience with this roofing company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Their aggressive tactics to push insurance claims were alarming. They seemed more interested in padding their own pockets than addressing my actual roofing needs.

“Hunter John”- if that’s even your real name- We’ve searched through our records and we have no document or record of having serviced, met with, talked with, nor have we even done business with anyone named “Hunter John”. I also searched John Hunter and alas, no document, meeting, text message- nothing. If you’re one of our competitors, We understand how but hurt you may be about our continued growth and success. We invite you to follow our awesome journey on YouTube where I’m sure you can leave us more fake one star reviews. I’d like to say it upsets me that some random make believe person would be leaving us fake 1 star reviews, but now that i’m thinking about it- we must have done something really cool to cause us to be living, rent free, in that head of your’s. So much so that you literally created a fake Gmail address, just to leave us a one star review lol So- Hunter John, Hunter Biden, Whatever your name is- We’re not sorry that your this but hurt. Haters going to hate.

I don't know about their roofing, but their business practices of telemarketing to people after a storm regardless of their status on the Do Not Call list is illegal. I wouldn't trust my roof to storm-chasers. …

Larry, we've checked through our records and do not have any previous contact with you regarding any roofing related services, nor have you ever been a customer of ours- we feel like the review does not pertain to our roofing related services and would appreciate it if you would simply message us with your concerns not related to any facet of our business! You will see, however, that our business is nationally accredited and recognized as a reputable and accountable authority in the roofing industry, again- not just in Texas, but across the country. This is evident by our lists of thousands of followers on social media, our hundreds of 5 star google reviews across our marketplaces, and our dozens and dozens of National Industry Speaking Events and Educational seminars we host and attend. As far as telemarketing goes- we cannot verify if your information is on any "Do Not Call" list, nor would we be the people responsible for placing you on any such list. We're very sorry that you have chosen to call us "Storm Chasers", but our company is made up of individuals that also happen to be mother, fathers, husbands, wives, and ambitious individuals that must work for a living- our work just so happens to be related to Roofing Repairs and Replacements related to sustained damage, which comes in many forms. You shouldn't be upset that our team members are willing to work hard to generate their income, and that our business model helps provide in over $4 Million dollars in restoration projects annually- for hundreds of Texas homeowners across the state. We work for a living, and when the storms cause hundreds of millions of dollars in property damage across Texas, our team members get to work for a living, helping homeowners during times of crisis. Since it looks like your review appears to be more based on annoyance, than it does our actual quality or service- we would appreciate it if you would give us a call so we can actually show you just WHY you should trust a Ce

They placed this sign on our door with no consent. We didn’t even speak to them so definitely are not under contract. Shady business practice.

We were recommended by two of our neighbors who had great experiences. From the moment we called to get the roof inspected, they were on it. They walked the roof with our insurance company and kept on them until we got our roof paid. They explained the process to us and kept us informed. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

I had a leak in my roof above my garage and after having A5 and some others come out to give me an estimate, A5 stood out from the others. Not only did they fix my roof issue but also the sheet rock that had water damage. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.
