Contractor was incredibly nice, quick, and efficient. I believe that this was an honest mistake but they took money out of my pocket instead of just sending the invoice to my homeowners warranty that contracted them. Weeks later, I have yet to receive a reimbursement because they have not been effectively communicating with my warranty agency. Update: 9/24/24 first major rain to hit sence the patch and it still leaks in the same spot.

I returned American home Shields calls and gave them all the info required before and after the roof repair. Are contract with them allows us to get paid from home owners and businesses when we write up a valid invoice pursuant to the roofing contract of work that is completed. American homesheild reimburses you. This is how we have worked with them over the years.
