Completely ghosted me after agreeing to a date / time and price to fix a sliding issue. Buyer beware!

  Reply from the business

Paul unfortunately YOU NEVER provided the necessary pictures requested prior to our appointment!! So before trying to ruin a company we worked really hard to make put all the facts out!! Ghosted?

Amateurish. Quoted a price verbally that was thousands higher than anyone else. Asked to put in writing said he doesn’t do that. Would never recommend this clown to anyone I respected.

  Reply from the business

James we never heard of you and you don’t exist in our appointment book. Sorry for whatever company you dealt with but it wasn’t us. Thanks I will be reporting you as fraud and defamation if you don’t remove it!!

This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. Not only was the roofing job sloppy but the owner Zack was something else entirely. Zack also goes on to post racist and harassing comments on his social media pages. Zack then spend the rest of the time talking about how “no one knows roofing like he does” like could your ego be any bigger. He clearly thinks he’s untouchable and better than everyone else. Absolutely disgusting behavior, completely unprofessional, and frankly disturbing. Do yourself a favor and run don’t walk away from this company. There’s plenty of roofers out there who know how to do the job right AND treat people with respect and this isn’t one of them.

Unfortunately we never did any work for you and you don’t even own a house. If you don’t remove this I’ll sue your parents This review is fake we never did anything for the person writing this and they don’t even own any property!! This is a fraud review and well press charges

This company does A1 work. Not only were they competitive with pricing but the owner went out of his way to make sure that the materials were the best quality and well the work speaks for itself. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the market looking to have a roof replaced

ZBA are true professionals that emphasize not just the integrity and quality of roofing and exterior but the relationships they forge with their clients. Owner Zach Bayler leads with competence and creates something peerless found in his industry. You will not find a more tactful roofer like ZBA as they do bang-up work! I can't recommend this crew enough!

We just had our roof replaced by ZBA Roofing and Exteriors this week. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality work he and his professional team provided us. Zach took the time to explain exactly what they would do, and how they might be different from other roofers. In the end, they did everything they said they would do at a very competitive price. I highly recommend ZBA Roofing.
