I received a significantly higher bid with a lot less detail than other more reputable companies.

Unfortunate experience! They delivered the trailer, parked it on my sidewalk making it so I had to squeeze between the trailer and my garage. They left the trailer for 5 days before they came back (no it wasn't snowing). They left nails and trash all over. I wouldn't even bother to write a review, because they are less expensive than some of the competition. However they unplugged equipment in my garage, expensive carpet cleaning equipment that unfortunately froze because it was unplugged for a few days. When I called Liam to discuss the problem he hot mad and blamed me. I would advise spending a little more money with a company that will stand behind the service they provide.

Zaim Roofing is a first-class business that truly takes pride in their work and their community. They don’t cut corners and consistently provide some of the highest quality roofing work in the industry. What really stood out to me was their honesty and fairness — no price gouging, just quality craftsmanship at a fair price. It’s great supporting a local Utah Valley company that genuinely cares about the people and homes in the community. Highly recommend Zaim Roofing to anyone looking for a roof done the right way.

I use these guys for all of our builds and any time I need a roof done from my own to my clients. They’re fast and easy to work with. Super affordable and fair. Their work is beyond great. Used them for the past few years and every time they’ve been great! Emir is an amazing guy. Highly recommend every time. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!

Last May we had a roof leak and contacted Zaim Roofing. (Not our first use of their services). They arrived two days early and finished in a day and half. They were swift and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The roof has served well through ice, snow and rain. Cannot recommend more highly.

I used Zaim Roofing to replace my roof 18 years ago. They were the best price after receiving several bids. They did a fantastic job and were quick and very clean. The best part about Zaim Roofing is their service. Anytime I have had any issues with the roof, they have come back quickly and made any necessary repairs, even after 18 years. They stand by their warranty and are very friendly and take care of you.
