Darrin of XYZ roofs is very polite in the beginning when he is trying yo clode the deal. However he quickly becomes unprofessional and rude when you start to ask questions. The crew he hired did a good job , but he had a crew to do other projects also. We (the homeowners), would take time off from work but they (the workers) were never on time ...may or may not show up. When we complained, Darrin became upset with us many times , making unfulfilled promises. We are still waiting on the Atlas shingle certification from 2022. He is very unprofessional and lies alot.

Hello Ursula, thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We responded quickly when a tree fell on your house. Once we started working on your roof, you said you needed your deck repaired and then you wanted your bathroom repaired. … More

The roof was installed last July. I had a leak in February and they still have not come to fix it. They keep promising to come and then they don’t show up. Steer clear of this company.

I do have a good roof. However there was some aggravation to get it completed. I put my son in charge of this project since they won't let me climb the ladder and I don't have good luck with roofs. The insurance part was easy. They did have …

Hi Lorrie, thank you for reviewing us. It was a pleasure doing your roof and meeting with you and your son; even with all the trips we had to make due to your schedules. You never received the final paperwork because you shorted us $200 even though we had a signed contractural agreement. Your insurance company held your final reinbursment because you tried to short us $200. Reinbursements from insurance companies are done this way so the contractor doesnt get the short end of the stick. I am sorry we mentioned our costs from Angis to get your information. We shouldn't have to mention anything to get you to uphold your end of the agreement. It all worked out in the end. It was good that you involved your son and chose XYZ Roofs to do the work. Please don't forget about us for your next project. We also provide referral bonuses up to $500 if you send us friends, family or neighbors. Happy holidays!

Working with XYZ was a breeze. They had my roof up in a day and made sure to clean the surrounding area too! Igor was a pleasure to work with, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped me get all my papers in order and made sure my roof was done! I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Darin is the consummate professional in the local roofing market. Trust me, I have dealt with some shady roofers in the past and this guy, from roof repair, to painting, to carpentry has surrounded himself with an all star cast of sub-contractors. Difficult to do in these days with supply side issues. 100% transparent, great pricing, on time, dependable. Go with this guy...you will not regret it.
