Very poor communication. They bent my gutters with ladders and did not fix. Nails sticking up and bent over with hammer. Shingles not laying down and some are torn up. I have called several times and they say they will be right out. Then …

Truly great customer experience with this company. I had five quotes to replace the roofs of my apartment building and not only was there among the most competitive, but it was truly a joy to deal with the owner, Victor and his brother Noah throughout the process. Not only were they easy to work with, but they were patient, I was able to consult with them and ask them many questions before the process, and they were straightforward, patient and extremely fair. These are the type of people who I always like to deal with when doing new business. Since I’m depending upon the roof that they replaced to last 20 to 30 years I’m so happy to have given the $20,000 that I spent with them! I feel like I really like to reward businesses that do a great job.

We were unable to finish our DIY roofing project on time so we asked Xtreme to finish. We had a laundry list of items on the to-do list (including wood rotted eaves and fascia wood). Xtreme remembered everything we asked for perfectly - and completed the roof just days after we asked them for a quote. Victor was very accommodating and responsive to our calls/texts when we had questions. Xtreme completed several roofs on our street now - invariably everyone has been impressed by their professionalism, good attitudes, value, quality of work (no leaks), and how well they clean up when they're done. Bravo Xtreme!
