  Very disappointed paid over 15000 dollars for roof gutters ridge vent the whole thing replaced plywood then get a leak in my kitchen which no one came to look at blamed on ice jam and the guy that spoke with me did not even know the work his company he works for did . They told me basically it’s my problem. Would not recommend and also how would they know about my insulation without sending someone to look at it

After you contacted us, our team reviewed the issue and communicated to you that the leak was consistent with ice damming, not a faulty roofing installation. We tried to explain that your roof has insufficient insulation allowing heat loss to warm the roof deck, contributing to snow and ice melt. The recent extreme cold and snowfall have caused unprecedented roof issues throughout the area. We are happy to review again with you the preventative options, including heat cables and insulation improvements, which can help reduce the risk of this occurring in the future.   I've never written a negative review of a service before, but have to say my experience with Xterior Solutions was extremely upsetting. First, I called them to come give an estimate for a roof repair job, for which they actually charged $289. Who charges for an estimate? Not a single other roofer I contacted. Then, when the representative came, he didn't even bother to get up on the roof to look at the situation, just took drone pictures (again, every single other company I called actually got up on a ladder and took a thorough look). Finally, the rep gave me one estimate, then sent the pics to the owner, who promptly increased the estimate by $1000. Needless to say, I didn't use them, and frankly felt ripped off by the whole experience.

  Very disappointed with Xterior Solutions. Everything in the beginning went smooth til the job was finished. I feel like they rushed the job, they were done in 4.5 hours. Also in the quote $500 was to take the gutter covers off and hose the gutters out, which they lied about doing. I guess most people don’t check there gutters to make sure they were cleaned. Wonder how many other people they did this too. And over 3 months later I am still getting roofing nails landing on my driveway, probably from them not taking the gutter covers off like they were suppose too. Would not recommend. Should of went to Gkontos

  There was a big show of professionalism when they first bid the replacement of a 2500 square foot EDPM flat roof. That was where it ended. In the contract it specified, emphatically the warranty on the workmanship. When the job was finished the roof looked good but three months later the rubber started bubbling up in many areas and falling off the parapet. We immediately called the to ask them to come out to take a look at the problem and they absolutely would not. It is one year later and the have refused to come and even would not accept a registered letter. We have filed a claim with their insurance company, and they even refuse to talk to them. We are a religious non for profit that spent $64,000.00 on this roof and they just took us for that hard to come by money. I would stay as far away from this company as you can!!!!!   John, You're absolutely correct about a big show of professionalism. That is what this company was built on and that is why we are where we are today. I disagree with you on "That was where it ended". There was constant communication from the beginning to the end. Steve and Jackie were on top of their game and in contact with you through out this project. Rob came out as well with Steve for a pre site visit to determine a game plan. As far as installation goes it was done to manufactures specs. The existing roof underlayment that was under the old roof was compromised. We had to install 65 sheets of new 1/2 plywood and pitch the roof toward the scupper drains as the previous roof didn't drain properly. After the first three months you called us with concerns of installation. There were noticeable but small folds in the EPDM which was due to the natural gases escaping from the solvent base glue and movement in the new plywood as it moves at a different rate the rubber. I assured you this was just an aesthetic situation and the roof was performing as it should. I truly understand your concern and assure you it was fine as we have seen this before. You also confirmed that the roof was not leaking so there really was no reason for us to come out. Your claim on the membrane falling off the parapet walls is completely untrue and impossible. It's seamless and runs over the wall and then capped in copper. We are here and not running from anything. If you have a leak please reach out to us as there is a 20 year warranty on that roof. I apologize for any inconvenience and stand behind our work. Jason Tabor- President

  I met with Jim in sales in January 2022, and, after providing a picture of the roof replacement across the row from my house as an example of what I wanted, their use of drones, in person pictures, signed a contract, and made two deposits. (The critical difference here is that my row house is between two other row houses, and across the row, the roof was seamlessly meshed into the abutting roofs.) Steve, a project manager, whom I didn't meet, decided that parapets would be needed on either side, sometimes described as 'walls.' I didn't understand why, I received, but didn't sign, a change order to add parapets. Xterior Solutions also needed waivers signed by the abutting owners. While there is no HOA, and this isn't a condominium, one abutting owner signed the waiver (which I wasn't given to review), the other owners were unhappy about the parapets, although they had approved the seamless roof replacement across the row which abutted another row house which they own. Although the signed contract cannot be amended without agreement by both Xterior Solutions and myself, or cancelled, Xterior Solutions cancelled it. In March. See images of the roof replacement across the row, and the parapets (as provided by Xterior Solutions.)

  I am very pleased with all the work that was completed on my home. Matt Sullivan came to my home, listened to what I needed done. He took pictures, showed me samples so I could choose colors and products. He told me that he would send me the estimates,including Additional prices for replacing any damage. He was prompt with sending these quotes. I was also given a 10% discount plus a discount for paying and not financing. Ruben Marquez was in charge of the projects. Roof, Siding, Back porch and gutter covers. He was on time, let me know what was being done. Make sure my car could stay in my driveway and even ensured I could safely back out onto the road. Kept me updated through text including pictures. Everything looks wonderful. They even replaced my old lights with the new ones I had purchased. I love how the lights were surrounded with siding that looks great as well as the dryer vent. Ruben even spoke to me about my step off the deck, ensuring I could safely step off the deck. His crews all worked hard, please let them know I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you

  We cannot recommend Exterior Solutions more. From the sales consultant (Dan), to the project manager (Erik), to the great team of craftsmen (Carlos and his team, Steve, Bob, etc.), this is a great group to work with. On time, on budget and they do what they say, say what they do. We had a complete home exterior renovation- siding, windows, gutters, doors, new porch etc - and we could not be more happy with the outcome.

  I had Xterior Solutions apply two new roofs in last winter, one on my Victorian home and one on the carriage house next door. I found their expertise, professionalism and knowledge unmatched. Matthew in sales was easy to deal with and straightforward. And Eric Morehouse, the project manager, was exceptionally giving of his time and expertise which is extensive.   Matt, Bobbie Jo, Ruben and the whole Xterior team were pros from the start. Matt got right back to me, found the special Riverstone material I wanted, and gave me a great price (much lower than another quote I got). Ruben and his team showed up the day that Bobbie Jo planned and did a beautiful job laying each rock perfectly. Ruben also sent me awesome drone images of the work when it was done. This was a really excellent experience and I highly recommend Xterior to anyone looking for help with their siding!

  From initial estimate to installation Xterior Solutions was professional, accurate, timely, and provided excellent communication during the process of our roof replacement. The onsite team was not only efficient, they were professional, personable and friendly. They were thorough in both the construction phase and cleanup and even went the extra mile to remove old antennas and a satellite dish no longer in use. Eric was onsite throughout the process to ensure that everything went smoothly and up to their standards. He made himself available to answer any questions and to educate us during the process. It is impressive that how quickly the whole operation was completed as a result of a highly organized and well-orchestrated operation. It gives me peace of mind that not only is our roof well constructed but that it is now vented properly. I highly recommend Xterior Solutions for anyone looking for quality materials, construction, and exceptional customer service.

  Great job on my roof for half the price of everyone else. 3 layers of shingles removed, sheathing, moisture barriers. dripedges,ridge vent 50 year shingles, installation done in 6 hours.
