After a bad storm, our roof had serious damage and every rain brought leaks, buckets on the floor, and a lot of stress. A friend recommended a local roofing crew, and Richard returned my call quickly and made the whole process easy. The team inspected everything, explained the roofing work in simple terms, and re-sheeted and shingled the roof with great care. The finished roof looks excellent, and now when it rains we can relax and enjoy the sound instead of worrying about water coming in. Their workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all impressive. They provide outstanding roofing service, and I’ve already recommended them to others and will keep doing so.

I got three estimates, and Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling was the only roofer that showed up right on time as promised. Caleb was professional, easy to talk to, and took time to clearly explain the whole roofing process, including …

We filed an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof, gutters, and a few siding panels, and Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling made the whole process easy from start to finish. What could have been a very stressful roofing repair turned into a smooth and worry-free experience. Their team kept us updated often, explained each step clearly, and went above and beyond anything we have seen from a roofing contractor. They handled every request with care and never made us feel rushed. When a small detail needed extra attention, they gladly came back out to the house to make sure the roof, gutter work, and siding looked just right. It was clear they cared about the quality of the work and about making sure we were fully satisfied. The cleanup was neat, the communication was strong, and the finished result looks great. We hope we do not need another roof replacement anytime soon, but if we ever need roofing or exterior repairs again, we would absolutely use them again.

We had a roof leak issue for quite a while. The roof was still fairly new, but the builder checked it more than once and only added extra sealant where he guessed the problem was. Since the leak seemed minor and was mostly affecting the …

I want to share how pleased I am with the new roof installation. The metal roofing looks excellent, and it has already performed just as promised during wet and cool weather. I especially appreciate Jesse, Richard, Luke, and the whole roofing crew for handling every part of the job with care and professionalism. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, every detail was managed smoothly, and the full roof install was completed in less than two days. The team was organized, respectful, and clearly skilled in roofing work. I am very happy with the quality of the materials, the workmanship, and the overall service. This was a top-quality roofing experience from start to finish.

Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling was very easy to work with. Jesse handled repairs on our metal roof and fixed leaks around the skylights, and later Wesley came out to give us an estimate for new seamless gutters in Union Mills. The crew got the job scheduled quickly and finished the installation smoothly. The gutters were measured and cut to fit just right, and the downspouts were placed exactly where we wanted for better drainage. They also paid close attention to the metal roof flashing, making sure it tucked properly behind the gutter so rainwater would flow into the system instead of dripping behind the fascia. The gutter guards look strong and well made too. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall roofing and gutter service, and would highly recommend them for seamless gutters and metal roof related work.

Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling did an excellent job with the needed roof patch repair on my home. We needed a short term fix for a small roof leak before moving forward with a full roof replacement, and the whole process was handled smoothly. Jesse and Richard were very helpful with communication and scheduling, and Caleb and the repair crew took care of the roofing work with skill and professionalism. The initial response was fast, they checked the problem area, explained the patch work clearly, and made sure the roof was protected right away. I’m very pleased with the service, the workmanship, and how quickly they responded. Highly recommended.

i have hired Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling more than once, and each time the service was fast, the pricing was fair, and jesse was a real pro. The crew answered quickly, kept me updated, and finished the roofing repair sooner than i expected. They worked on my metal roof after a tree branch punctured it, and on another visit they found a few missing nails from the original install by another contractor that had caused a small leak. jesse tracked down the problem, repaired it well, and made sure the roof was sealed up right for the weather in Union Mills. i would definitely call them again for any roof repair or metal roofing work.
