First, communication and timeliness were excellent. There was prompt and excellent communication between the roofer and the insurance company and the home owner. Tools were used to determine the condition of the current roof so as to give a correct estimate. Scheduling was set and met. The actual work was accomplished within the time allotted (1 day). All scrap materials were cleaned up. A prompt follow-up was made to assess the homeowner’s satisfaction. My communication with Mike Childers was the best and I was impressed with the professionalism that was shown. All my questions were promptly answered, work done to my satisfaction and was pleasure to have done business with William Ryan Roofing. I would highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

Incredible experience with Michael and the William Ryan team. We recently had a leak in our roof that was causing some water damage to our ceiling. Michael was very quick to come out and access the damage to the roof and quickly found the trouble area. He did a quick roof repair to stop the leak, also helped me walk through the insurance claim and ended up getting me a new roof for nearly next to nothing!! Had no idea this could be such an easy process, I highly recommend any with an old roof or damaged roof to contact Michael and the William Ryan Roofing team! Thanks again
