Not a chance, definitely don't ask anything about concerns you may have they just ignore you. I didn't think questions were out of line. Found someone else with no problems at all answered any concerns I had.

Right from the beginning, Mike was extremely responsive to come out and take a look at my barn project. While here, we walked around and talked about all the things that I thought I wanted and he pointed out several things that I should be thinking about. I am quite glad he did, because those details were the things that made the job really finish beautifully. Pricing was comparable with everything I had seen but Mike's detailed explanation of exactly what made up that quote made me very comfortable that I was getting a great deal for the money and they knew what they were doing. They were able to start the project 2 months earlier than anticipated and finished everything in about a week's time which was amazing. The crew that came to do the work was outstanding, never standing around, never goofing off - only working. Cale was extremely meticulous and uncompromising in doing things the right way every step of the way - no such thing as a shortcut. Now my barn with a new roof and new metal siding is a beautiful compliment to my property and will make a big impact when the time comes for us to move on. I will have Mike and his group back for other projects that come up and I would heartily recommend them for any projects they can do for you.

Mike always answered his phone when I text him with questions or approvals on the work to be done. They were responsive and did a good job. They installed a standing seam metal roof on the garage with gutters and sno-guards. They also did …

Mike and his crews did an outstanding job on my metal roof repair. Even though the standard nowadays is 16-inch panels and my home has older 12-inch metal panels that are hard to find, Mike went the extra mile to locate a manufacturer that could match the color and style perfectly. His communication was excellent - he answered emails promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of his work and highly recommend him!

Western Sierra roofing is a stand up outfit. Cale and his brother did a great job on my roof and enclosed metal soffit. Mike was easy to get ahold of and was professional throughout the project. I highly recommend using Western Sierra.

Mike and the team at Western Sierra Roofing were prompt, kind, efficient with their schedule (and mine!), and affordable. No pressure! And the end product looks top notch. (For us this was a metal siding job)

We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof. Not only is it the prettiest roof in the neighborhood, the new roof transformed our house. It's absolutely beautiful, and a legacy for the family - won't need to be replaced for many decades. Owner Mike Stappart was excellent to work with, extremely responsive. His crews were top notch. Respectful, responsive, and did an excellent job every step of the way, INCLUDING clean-up. We just couldn't be happier. Attaching pictures!
