  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Larry the gentleman that cam to measure my roof was excellent and we decided to give them the job because of Larry. But Larry is not the estimator that’s who ruined the deal. First it took over a week to try to get estimate. First they said they were short handed and it will be Monday. Monday came and went finally call Tuesday and they say my house is unique and can’t find shingles. Then they said shingles won’t stay up on my roof because of pitch. Never in my life have I heard that. I was a roofer with A1 All American roofing for 20 years and I never heard that from salesman or roofers. What a shame because Larry lost his commission over a salesman that didn’t care. I call to talk to manager and no luck once my phone died called back and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Not one call back. Be ware of company when they can’t even call you or find your house unique. Crazy thing my house has shingles right now.

  How are you suppose to be competitive when other roofing companies are removing swamp coolers from roofs but you guys can't. Step your game up.

  I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to give myself time to be more objective and less reacting to my experience with them. I was seeking a roofer, most did not even return my call, or were all over the board on pricing. Western appeared in my Google search and seemed ok per most reviews I read. What I experienced was far from anything pleasant! I was provided a quote, and after accepting it I never heard from them again. I took in the deposit and all signed contracts. Everytime I called to check on getting on their schedule I was told no one was available to talk to me and the receptionist could not find my file. On my last try a month and a half after giving the deposit, I reached someone beyond the receptionist. He too could not find my file. I told him the name on my documents for the Western employee handling the file. Low and behold that person was absent also. He explained they would not be able to even consider doing my job for at least another 2 months. I was promised a call back later that day, they never called. 3 days later I went to their office to find someone to give me answers. I was met by a receptionist who could not find my file. The alleged name on my contract was not available, and no one else was available to speak with. I told her to cancel the order and refund the deposit. She refused and told me no one was there to talk to. After telling her I was not leaving until I spoke to someone, she found someone. A very gruff woman came out and arguably spoke to me. It took another 45 minutes for her to return with a check to replace my deposit check, after telling me no one was available to write the check. During that time the receptionist started bickering with me and sat at her desk glaring at me. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour was experienced by myself from this company. Their practices are appalling and I highly recommend you move on in your search for a roofer.

  I had an excellent experience with Western Pacific Roofing for a roof repair at my home. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding, the first call to the Secretary and Salesman , to the last call from the superintendent. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had and ensuring I understood what was being done on my home. Their professionalism was obvious, from the thorough inspection to the careful and efficient work they performed. The crew was respectful, and worked diligently to complete the repair on time . I'm beyond satisfied with the results and the peace of mind knowing my roof is in top shape for the years to come. If you're in Palmdale and need roof repairs, I highly recommend Western Pacific Roofing—they truly stand out for their quality and customer service

  If you want the job done right the first time call Western Pacific. We had our roof redone using the old tiles, it has never looked so good. From the start dealing with JT getting estimates on repair and redo, it was painless and professional. The 2 roofers that came out are Manual and Jose Hernandez. We can't say enough about these guys, Professional, Clean and highly skilled. The job site was clean and was checked for nails everyday. We have used Western over the years for repairs, and they always stand by their work and are always there. They maybe expensive but you get what you pay for, so if you want the job done right, the first time, this is the company you want.

  I was managing a property in Acton, CA and there was a terrible leak (not that too many are great) on the roof of a mobile home that needed repairs. I couldn't get anyone to even look at the mobile home. Western Pacific came out and took care of the problem roof without insisting on a new roof - did the repairs well and no more leaks. I have just called them to look at a roof on another rental property I manage. I will follow this review up as soon as I have another project to report.

  If you are looking for a quality roofing company that will repair your roof STOP. Call Western Pacific. We had a small leak in our garage for a couple of years. Then one night it got a lot worse. We should have fixed the small leak. The night it got worse it ruined a few important items including a family heirloom (a painting). We looked at a few companies. When we saw that Western Pacific was one of the companies chosen to repair the Pentagon roofs damage after the 9/11 tragedy, we knew they were trustworthy and high quality. If they are good enough for one of the most important buildings in the world, they are good enough for our home. We stopped looking and called them. Western Pacific was friendly, easy to speak to and their quote was more than fair. The crew came on time and completed work quickly without any interuption. In fact, I was at work. When I got home the work was completed and all debris was cleaned up. We’ve had a few heavy storms since and NO LEAKS! Thank you Western Pacific!
