  I didn't think anyone could be less ethical I business practice than a moving company. Well, I FAFO. I was told that my roof cash would br around $15k, once insurance approved, it was over $25k. They should be investigated for insurance fraud. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

  Worse roofers I've ever worked with. They told me they would do the roof a certain price. Then when ot was all said and done 4 months later they sent me a notice to lien over a $250 balance after over charging me by about 10k. They claimed they had been leaving me voicemails about it but must have had the wrong number which was a lie considering I had to call them every day for 2 months to have them come finish the job. These guys are all scammers and liars. Do not give them your money.

  Paid 8500 for roof and fascia. All the fascia has rotted and they quoted 5500 to replace the untreated wood that they put up. No it wasn't caulked. That was never explained. I'm going over the paper work right now and I don't even see new fascia info. Treated wood wasn't used. It's totally rotten and quoting $5500 for a few new pieces of wood is awful! I wonder what the new wood under the shingles look like. I'm going to take my paper work to someone to read and see. I think spending an extra $1000 for wood and fascia should not end with rotten wood.

  Thank you for your feedback. We completed your roof and fascia in February 2020. We understand your concern about the fascia. Could you please confirm if the wood was caulked and painted to protect it after installation? This step is crucial in preventing rot.

  Don't!!! If you do use this company, record EVERYTHING from initial meeting. Things change as time goes on. Be sure to get price in writing, not just the "paded" price for the insurance company so all you have to pay is deductable. Waited …

  Unfortunately, I do not know if this is actually a good roofing company as I never even received a call back. I filled out the website to have an estimate done. I received an automated text that someone would reach out to me soon, but never heard from them again. I heard great things about this company, but guess I have to use someone else due to this poor customer service. If they don’t even call me back for an estimate, I cannot imagine the communication during an actual job.

  I cannot believe that I just called this place and they wanted to charge $1,000 to come out and take care of a minor problem in my community and they are literally blocks away. You might as well have said that you don't want my business. Ridiculous! I thought i'd give them a chance even though they did not do good in our community in the (no shows particularly). Then during the last hurricane I called them to come out to my home personally, and they were also a no show. Never again!!! Well, could have given you major business, especially with a roof replacement in entire community but THINK AGAIN !!

  When I contacted West Orange I got a call within an hour to let me know someone would be reaching out to setup a time. Pat contacted me shortly thereafter and came out that day for an evaluation. They provided an estimate as well as a complete explanation of what was needed. Even though I has a small repair, they treated me as if I had a larger job. The repair was flawless and Pat was very professional.

  West Orange Roofing did a GREAT job on our roof -- price was VERY reasonable, scheduled quickly, expert craftmanship, and finished in one day with all mess cleaned totally up. And the customer service was tremendous -- we had to change the order a bit, and they were totally accommodating!

  Highly recommend. Just got a new roof and I am very pleased. I worked with Derek Anderson and from start to finish, the process was great. Jose the foreman and his crew showed up early and on time for the roof job everyday. They worked really hard in this brutal summer heat. They were all professional and courtesy. They cleaned up the grounds nicely after the job completion as well. Price was great compared to other quotes I received from other roofing companies. Anytime I had a question, Derek always answered the call. Other people in my subdivision also worked with west orange roofing and they were happy with the jobs as well. A+++

  I recently had my mom’s roof done by West Orange Roofing ,and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The project went smoothly with no issues, and everything was completed in a timely manner. What really stood out was their reasonable pricing—especially for those paying out of pocket without insurance. It’s not easy to find a company that offers both quality work and affordability, but they definitely delivered.   Billy and Jeremy were great to work with and there was no pressure from them. The crew that did the tear off and new install did an amazing job. After 10+ hours, they spent another hour cleaning up every scrap and nail! Highly recommend West Orange Roofing

  West Orange Roofing was an amazing company that installed my new roof . They were presented with a very difficult challenge with so many leaks that was caused by solar panels. However, everyone stepped up from the office associates to the installers and management and I highly recommend West Orange Roofing for all the help they gave me especially, my contact Patrick who always called me back asap.   My neighbor hired the Winter Garden crew to replace her roof and I had to leave a review because of the 5-Star crew! They were very friendly, cleaned up like they were never there and didn't mind being supervised by my dog, Loki. I will definitely call Otis Moody when I can afford a roof!
