  Steve was good to work with through the estimation process and working with insurance to process a claim. The actual work done, not so much. One example; we were not happy with the sheet metal job that was done along the roofline (uneven and looked considerably worse than what they replaced). We were just told that it was the best they could do. A few months later and that had come loose and was banging in the wind. For what we paid for a new roof, I would expect that a roofing company would do better.

  Sheldon, I was unaware the metal came loose. As I explained the roof line is wavy and the metal follows the roof line, we can't fix the roof line. The new metal is shiny compared to the old weathered metal which make the issue more noticeable. If the metal is loose, it is covered by our 7 year warranty. I will call you and so we can get this resolved.

  Weddles was excellent to work with and helped us out covering the roof damage so we wouldn’t have more damage on the inside of the house. Overall they did a excellent job thank you for all the hard work you and your teams did

  Weddle & Sons was quick to respond in looking at my roof for storm damage, providing a detailed summary and a recommendation of necessary work. I was impressed how personable and friendly they are to work with!! Once it was determined the roof needed replaced they worked with the insurance adjuster and a new roof and gutters were installed in a very short period of time. They did excellent work and I would highly recommend them!

  Steve and Karen have been easy to work with during the process of replacing the roof & gutters to get our parents home home ready to sell!
