  Ok as discused over the phone, i added deck air intake to bring your roof to code( we dont make the code, just have to follow )you had others replace your gutters,they hung new gutters too low, sounds like a gutter problem, my roof is not leaking & is doing its job. Your gutter guy could install diverters on gutter to correct this issue very minimally

  The guy who came to my house was not professional and seemed like a scammer. It turns out I was right, because I had a second opinion come out and fixed my issue for $20.

  Wasn’t friendly, didn’t like the guy’s disposition who came to our house. Bad energy!! Just not good customer service!! And to make matters worse the Rep who came to our house made a racial comment that I don’t appreciate.

  The communication started off great and everyone I encountered were very nice and professional. The gentleman that showed up seemed willing to give me a quote and walked the roof, however I never received a quote or even a call back. I call the office to ask for the quote and was told someone would get back to me , but nobody did. It was a small job in Detroit so maybe that factored in. I was disappointed because they were so nice !! (Hence 2 stars instead of one)

  Hired Weather Seal to fix a leaky roof and discussed in great detail the current issue. Weather Seal replaced the roof, however the issue was not fixed and actually made the leak worse. It took months for them to comeback to fix the issue. …

  I highly recommend Weatherseal Home Improvement for roof repairs! After a wind storm, I had missing shingles. Mike came out quickly, provided a fair quote, and didn't try to upsell me. Mike was polite, professional, and perfectly matched my shingles Great communication from start to finish. Mike gave me an accurate quote up front. I highly recommend this Company.

  Very helpful when we thought we had a leak in our roof to bedroom ceiling. After going over things they said it was too much humidity in the house so we turned off the humidifier and put a de humidifier in our attic. Sure enough things dried up and haven't had an issue again. Great free advice.

  Highly recommend Weatherseal. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They installed a roof for me 12 years ago, and it has held up beautifully. Recently, I ran into a small issue (completely my doing), and they came out right away to address it. They gave me peace of mind that everything was fine and even offered helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. Any company that stands behind their work—even after so many years—is one worth choosing. I truly can’t recommend these guys enough.

  Could not recommend this company. Had our roof done and retractable awning put back up only to have it fall off roof the first time it was put fully out. Customer service was terrible and took 3 months to reinstall. When it came down it broke glass table, bent chairs and tore shingles off roof. No could not remove!!!!

  I am sorry you feel that way. We reinstalled your awning, after your awning co didnt want to help you. We paid out of the pocket for your table & furniture , all under warranty & cost you nothing… this shows sometimes you cant make every person happy
