Highway Robbers! Stay Far away from this company! They started the job 2 months late just before lots of rain. And then uncovered that the sheathing had to be replaced on half the roof. They then wanted almost $9/sq ft to replace the sheathing which is double what other companies charge. And because of the rain we were backed into a corner and held for ransom! They put us in that position and then gave an outrageous price because they knew we had no other choice.

Tried these guys to get repairs done to a flat torch on roofing. The work could have included full roof replacement if repairs didnt work. Eventually Joe came out to see our roof and said he would give us a quote the following week. After two requests weeks later and told we would get quote we never heard anything again.

Thank you for your feedback, Rory, and for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise—due to our busy schedule, this quote, unfortunately, slipped through the cracks, and we recognise that it’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We are actively working on improving our processes to prevent this from happening in the future. In an attempt to make things right, we have waived the fee for the initial leak investigation. Since we have not heard back from you, we are hopeful that the repair has been taken care of. However, if the repair is still needed, please let us know. We can provide a quote by October 15th and complete the work before November. Once again, we sincerely apologise for not following up and appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve from your feedback, to ensure that this won't happen again.
