Called and was asked to send address for an estimate on roof repair. Messaged address and even sent a follow up message the next day. A week later still no estimate or response. At least let the customer know you do not want the job.

I had this company come out to give me an estimate on fixing a couple of leaks and to upgrade/replace ALL the screws on my metal roof. After the rep came out and inspected my roof I was told that the company could not help me because the job was too small. I found someone else to do the job for $2000. Wayne Sanchez roofing has advertising signs all over the county, trying to drum up new business yet they can turn down a $2000 job. Apparently the company has gotten so big they can pick and choose what jobs they accept and they forget about the little guys who grew their business in the beginning. Very disappointing and I highly recommend you find another company.

Wayne hardly ever answers phone calls. If you have questions about the work. Workers can't converse with you because they don't speak English. You can text him and he MIGHT respond, but most of the time he doesnot. Poor quality work. Put on a rubber roof and was obviously buckled on the sides. When asked was he finished, stated yes. Informed him, I was not paying for that tacky job. Took pics, and texted him what I was talking about. Apparently he didn't even come and look at the work after his workers call themselves done. Then responded, he was not finished. Had I let that go, he would have been done with poor and incomplete work for what was agreed upon . Was suppose to come out at 3pm to complete the job and Did not show up at that time and then had workers out there at 8pm in the dark trying to fix my carport.

I have been calling and texting this business for 3 weeks and have yet to receive a response or phone call. They repaired my roof, supposedly, but it is leaking and they will not answer any of my calls. I definitely would NOT recommend them!

Wayne Sanchez Roofing's team did an excellent job repairing the leak around my chimney. They came with a large crew and the equipment and materials needed to complete the job in one afternoon. The temperature that afternoon was 100 degrees F., but they got the job done.
