  I call this company because I had a roof leak during that big storm that came thru Columbia, SC. The roofer showed up and I directed him to the attic on where the leak was. He immediately identified the problem. The builder did not spray the sealant required on the portion where the vents are. We proceeded outside to identify the exact vent before he went on the roof. Mind you he arrived at 10am. By 10:20am he was done. It took him 5 minutes to setup and take down latter. The job took less than a minute because he just sprayed the sealant around the vent. I was charged $300 for this work. I feel I was overcharged and fleeced. Why does it cost that much for such a minor repair. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend another homeowner to use either. I had a neighbor who had the same identical issue and he had to get a couple of shingles replaced and plus they inspected the other vents for $150. He informed me that my repair should not have cost that much when they only sprayed the sealant. Just ridiculous to me. If I had a choice to give zero stars, I would have clicked on it. Highway robbery, but I digress.

I apologize that there was not a communication regarding the standard pricing structure for a repair completed on a two story house. Our cost for this repair included travel, general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, labor, tools, and repair material.   Can't comment on your work skills, but your employees driving your trucks are dangerous. Cut me off driving on I-20, then sped up to keep me from passing, and then slowed down beside an 18wheeler. Very aggressive driving.

  Gary Taylor provided top shelf customer service and information when we needed it most. Was available via cell and email with immediate call back and resolutions. He was willing to work with outside entities like insurance to ensure we had our business taken care of and the project was moved forward. I had no idea individuals like Gary still existed that cared and got things done in such a manner. I will never use anyone else as long as he is part of this company. 100 percent grade and service. Cannot recommend him and his working staff enough. Thank you.

  I had Watts replace my roof last week. They did a fantastic job! I have an insurance agency and I always refer Watts because I can trust them.
