  We were living out of state when I called Watkins to get me a quote on a house I hadn't even purchased yet. Google said they were a 5 star company. Well we purchased the house and we went with Watkins for a new metal roof. They kept us in the loop as how far out we were on the list. Their crew was very professional and fast.Three days total for complete tear off and new metal roof. Definitely a 5 Star company. Thanks Watkins for taking care of us. We love the new roof.

  I needed to replace my roof prior to selling my home, the folks at at Watkins were exceptional in every way. Jamie was the one who I worked with specifically and he answered every single question I asked to include how everything works with insurance. And he was honest and saved me money where he could. Highly recommend!!

  Watkins did an excellent job on my roof. The shingle lines were straight, the site was left clean, and the flashing around all protrusions was properly installed. The underlayment and flashing around the chimney used was clearly high quality, which gave me confidence in the durability of the work. Throughout the project, I was consistently kept informed through calls and text messages. This level of communication demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and strong attention to customer service. The project was completed thoroughly and on time. One standout aspect was the project manager’s use of step-by-step drone photos. Since I wasn’t able to be on-site during the work, this provided a great sense of reassurance and transparency. The crew worked efficiently together and maintained a high level of professionalism at all times. When I was initially evaluating contractors, Watkins stood out due to their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring long-lasting quality. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, reliability, and professionalism demonstrated by Watkins and their team. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  Watkins did a fantastic job. We had some issues around our fireplace, with a portion of our soffit and had algae growing on the roof. Andre and another worker came out and worked all day for two days to get the job done right before Easter and then Jose came and finished things off by painting the soffit. Fantastic company, great communication the whole time and actual skilled work! So happy with the outcome. Choose Watkins!
