We're able to complete those services for you, but our recommendation is a more cost effective option for you.   Mold on my roof very hard to communicate .need to be fixed under warranty. Who wants mold on a house no excuse still leaking

  I don't know how these people are getting 5 stars. I called this morning to to see if they can give me an estimate on my roof.The rude woman told me that I had to pay $335. I said what is the $335 for? She then started to sarcastically adding up these ridiculous things like the 5 minutes phone call that we were having. Whatever you do...don't tell them that you are an investor. I got this song and dance about how all other investors call them up to get an estimates and pay nothing and then they dont use them. IS THIS MY PROBLEM

  Thank you for calling us and I am sorry we couldn't help you. We always provide free estimates for home and business owners. After 47 years in business we have found that with real estate transactions, most of the time either the deal falls through or the estimates are used as a negotiating tool for the buyer. A lot of time and expense goes to running around for nothing. That is why we charge a fee for estimates when its a real estate transaction. As our secretary mentioned, If the person moves forward we always credit the fee to the job. Knowing that, most people have no problem paying the fee, Since your only experience with us is a short phone call, I don't understand how you can give us a 1 star rating when you really don't know anything about us. Our other reviews speak for themselves.

  We had a door knock from a roofing contractor, that brought some light to some of our roofing concerns. We were already contemplating replacing due to lifespan of our current shingles, just not ready to pull the trigger. The estimate was very high from this contractor who knocked on our door! I called up by Marine Corp brother from 20 years ago and asked for a second opinion. We sat down with Brian within the next week and felt more at ease with the estimate he presented to us, and within 2 weeks we had a date scheduled for a roof replacement for significantly much less than the original. Warren Thompson is a certified contractor with all the same guarantees through GAF that any large company is able to provide. Warren Thompson roofing has a very professional crew that cares about the homeowners needs and they are very personable. Brian, Mitch and staff did a great job answering all of our questions and gave us a peace of mind knowing that everything was going to be completed as if the home was their own. We will highly recommend Warren Thompson roofing and siding to all of our friends and family in need of any housing improvements!

  After having a tree come down on my house, immediately after the tree was removed they tarped the damaged area. Their staff was prompt, courteous, and professional.

  Warren Thompson & Son did a professional job on our new roof installation. Mitch and the crew worked safely and clean. The communication throughout the job was excellent. They protected the plants and shrubs and cleaned up all debris. I would recommend Warren Thompson and son to everyone.

  We were very pleased with the whole process; Roof looks great and the clean-up from the job was excellent. It was a 2-day job and the team that was here were very polite and professional, and I feel did a quality job. Also had one person who was the foreman, who's only job was making sure everything was going smoothly and properly, making sure we got everything we had asked for. Again, great job and comes with a great guarantee directly from Warren Thompson.

  Incredibly knowledgeable and professional outfit. Trevor made the quote process painless. The repair was handled on time. There were a couple spots that needed more attention after the fact- Brian came out and took care of it immediately. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I will absolutely be using them to replace my roof in the future.
