I called to discuss additional work to my roof as they had installed my roof prior to the purchase of my home. The person I spoke with must have misunderstood me and made the statement about it won't be free. I inquired about the warranty …

I'm sorry but we did no work for you. We are more than happy to help you in anyway to ensure your warranty is not jeopardized. My suggestion is to request an estimate online on our website.

Their drivers need to learn to stop at stop signs in front of the schools because there could of been kids going across the street and I was stopped before they were there and if they would of hit me it would of been their fault

Sir, our employee was pulling a 30' trailer at a cross section and came to a complete stop before turning in front of you. Please take your anger elsewhere it's not professional to attack us on google.

Had one of these guys almost sideswipe us on the interstate with my kids. Then he cut us off. He was merging onto the interstate. I hope they roof better than they drive!

I have a leaking roof and called to set up an appointment as being i had read good things about this company. The guy sighed a lot and acted like I was bothering him. he even asked me if i had "called someone else" first. Its like no dude, …

Mr. Birch. I am sorry you feel this way. Typically our phone is answered by a call service but the day you called it rang to my phone. I was on a large commercial roof during that call. There was alot of noise and alot of men working. What was said was have you called any other roofing companies in town as you had stated others disregarded your call. I told you other roofing companies typically refer our company to jobs they don’t want to do. We are men of integrity and always do what is right. We will see you tomorrow as today was a rain out. Person I talked to on the phone was rude and seemed like he didn't want my business. Set up an appointment for them to come inspect my roof anyway. No one showed up or called to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Travis, I am unaware of this phone call as I answer most all calls personally, as I am one of the owners of the company. I believe possibly this review was intended for another person or company. We are a very reputable and responsive roofing company. I have asked google to remove this negative comment as it is in true. They have asked that I personally reach out to you to resolve this negative comment and hopefully you can remove this as it negatively affects our google page. Thank you Kyle Walker

Called for an estimate and they came the next day. They claimed they could do the job in late Sept or Oct and they started 9/18. The steel shingles appear very hefty and durable. The crew worked 13 hr days, including Sat and Sun. Also had …

Very happy with the workmanship and service provided by Walker Brothers roofing. We love our new steel roof! The workers did a great job cleaning up debris after removing the damaged asphalt shingles. Didn’t leave any residual debris/nails. Took great care of our property.

We had a 29 year old roof. It was time for a new one, but we knew we didn't want regular asphalt shingles. Walker Brothers came highly recommended. Their professionalism was amazing, from being on time for the job, work performed and clean up. Our house, garage and shed look really nice. We are very happy with the quality of the material we selected. I encourage anyone looking for a new metal roof, consider Walker Brothers Roofing.

After we bought our house we found out that what we thought was a newer metal roof turned out to be improperly installed. We hired Walker Brothers to replace the roof and we absolutely love our new roof.

Blown away. That's about the only way I can describe what these guys did for me. They quoted me a figure, stuck to the figure, did the work very quickly and professionally, cleaned up and got out. The Stone Coated Metal Shingles were so much nicer looking than the garbage asphalt. HUGE improvement. What more could you ask for?

Walker Brothers Roofing was able to work on our roof despite the cold weather due to the materials being used. They were efficient and left our property all picked up when they left.
