  This roofing service was great. My home had a 20 year old roof that needed a replacement soon. I was consulted with Garrett he was really friendly and professional. This roofing service was quick and easy to work with. Their service was started at 6 a.m. and was finished by 4 with all the materials and scraps cleaned up. The job made my home look brand new with a stylish dark roof.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but Cedric with Waggoner Roofing definitely earned one. When we first started this process, our insurance company completely denied our claim. We were pretty discouraged and figured that was the end of it. Cedric explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made us feel pressured or left in the dark. Anytime we had a question, he answered it and kept us updated the whole way through. What I appreciated the most was that it felt like he was fighting for us, not just trying to sell us a roof. It honestly felt like we were on the same team. He handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, made the process incredibly easy for us, and somehow got our claim fully approved. The roof turned out great, the crew was professional, and everything happened just like he said it would. If you’re dealing with an insurance claim or need a roof, I’d absolutely recommend Cedric and Waggoner Roofing. They made a stressful situation a whole lot easier, and we’re very grateful for everything they did.

  Wonderful experience from start to finish! We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom and Kyle quickly came out (literally within 12 hours), determined where the leak was and quickly let us know that it was a simple fix. The roof was repaired the following week and the sheetrock and paint was repaired the day after. We actually got a second bid and Waggoner Roofing was still less and they didn’t try to upsell us on needing anything more than a repair! Couldn’t be happier with their service!

  Garret met me while i was in the front yard. He explained he was in the area inspecting roof damage since a hail storm event occurred a week or two earlier. I felt very comfortable talking about my financial and aspects of my personal situation . Showed me photos previous work done by company . I felt and believed he was going to take charge of the situation and work diligently till the claim is resolved . Don’t know what else to say how anybody else could have made me feel any more confident using your company to provide services for my home! He is still working with the insurance process of handling a claim . I couldn’t be in better hands imo!
