  Award-winning service, I don't think so. Once insurance deny my claim for a whole roof they didn't want to deal with me on just doing a patch and fixing some little issues. i am a woman in my late 60s and they did not care at all about helping me. They want only the big jobs and money! I cannot recommend, plenty of companies that care about the customer over size of job and money.

  Please call the owner on his phone so we can make this right. There is never a job too small or too big for our team. We would love to make this right, especially because we repair roofs daily.

  I made an appointment for them to look at my roof. The day of the appointment I waited and waited and nobody showed up. I called the office to see if they were running late and the lady that answered said she would have someone else call me back. They still have not called back.

  Set up appointment. No call no show. 30 min after appointment time called was informed they came earlier and used a drone with my consent to fly over property to get roof line estimate. Needed to have estimate on inside of attic, Did not sign consent for pictures or measurements by drone of my home. Currently hold an FAA license. This inspection and information should be disclosed beforehand and a consent signed.

  Terrible. Unprofessional. They won't say how many employees they have but I think 1 or 2. - apparently just a middleman for Latino roofing crew. We agreed on 150 per square price for a 103 square roof. After job is done they are trying …

  Terrible workmanship, was late to every meeting we had and always could smell a hint of alcohol. Do yourself a favor and call a professional!

  I called Viking Roofing & Construction after a heavy windstorm knocked shingles loose and I’m glad I did. Their team offered a fair estimate for the roof replacement and got the job done fast with minimal mess. The subcontractor kept me updated at every step. I’d recommend them if you need a roofing contractor for roof replacement or repair and want someone who shows up on time.

  Went in worried about the leak and these folks made it easy from the first call. Matt kept me posted the crew showed up when they said and the work got done fast and tidy. Price felt fair and no mess left behind. Looks solid and i am happy.

  Matt and the Viking crew did a great job rebuilding our roof and gutters after the June storms in Austin. The crew did a great job on the roofing and soffit repairs, and Matt's help was invaluable when it came to navigating the dealings with the insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and Viking for any future construction projects!
