The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for VERDE ROOFING & EXTERIORS. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Top Notch Company! I discovered a leak in my roof over the weekend. Connected with Manny the owner on Sunday. We was on-site We’d for the estimate and had his crew start/complete the work that Friday. Manny communicated very well throughout the entire process and included photos graphs of each step of the job. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend!

The process was simple. Total roof replacement and solar removed and reinstalled. Financing was similar. The team handled all of the permits and inspections done in less than a week.

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 24 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 24, of which 24 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
