  I have been wanting to give a review to Mr Vera's company for a few months now, but as a business owner I know what a one star review can do for a business. With that being said, Manuel Vera's company started working on my home on Dec 2023 and completed it in July 2024. We hired Manuel Vera because as a former client of mine he seemed to be a business owner that took his job and what his company does very serious and provided only the best of services to ALL his customers. We don't believe we received the service that Manuel Vera very often advertises. He was not very good at communicating with us during the process, at times he even made us feel stupid for asking him to get his crew to cover up a nail on the roof that was left uncovered. We have been living in our new home for a total of 2 months and we have seen things happening with our home that should probably take years to be an issue. Cracks on walls, on flooring grout, base board separation in EVERY SINGLE room, and cracked flooring tiles. Master bathroom door and back patio door no longer closes so we had to remove some hardware for it to close. We recently had our house warming party and the AC was not able to keep up with the crowd that we had. We are very disappointed that we have been seeing this happen to our home after paying a substantial amount of money to Manuel Vera's company.

  PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. They are all crooks. They are only interested in insurance claims. They came and saw the damage and said they would get me an estimate the next day. Never heard back from them and when I called the person on the phone said someone will call you back today, but guess what, no calls or emails. They must me working on a "big" insurance claim where they are ripping the insurance company. I am just not saying this, but I am also in the service business, and when a company wants your business and only come's to see if it can be a insurance claim, and it isn't than get go poof, never hear from them again. They should at least let me know that this is to small a job and we will not able to repair your roof but I can give you several companies that might do it, that's customer service. There are some good reviews, but that is expected, but see the bad reviews and you will read that customers also had this experience after they did the whole roof which was an insurance claim and under warranty, they took the money and went to the next insurance claim. One last thing, look at different website's for reviews and you will notice that they were insurance claims.

  I'm not even the one getting my roof done, but I'm the one with trash in my yard. I called the owner and he gave me a lame excuse that they need to have the tarps in my yard because of the steep roof. First, the roof is not steep, second, there are bushes that they would have to throw over to hit the tarp, and third, common courtesy would say to ask me permission before throwing trash in my yard. Update: Because if Vera, I had to pay to have 6 of my holly bushes removed. They never cleaned up the Virgina creepers that they threw in my bushes, so they were completely overtaken. Thanks .

  Excellent support and commitment in helping me get the insurance company to provide coverage for that which I pay premiums! Mauel worked through several denials from the insurance company, guided me through my options with end resulting in getting the coverage I deserved! I have had previous excellent experience with he and his company. They are definitely the only roofing company I rely on. Anytime someone calls or stops by for a free roof inspection, my response is simple... "I have a roofer"... !!!

  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Vera Roofing and Construction! Manuel and his team always do a fantastic job for all my roofing needs around DFW and the Ellis County area. I'm a DFW REALTOR and have used Vera Roofing for multiple listings that needed a new roof as well as referred him to clients for their needs. He answers his phone and responds promptly. He's polite, professional, quick to get the job done, and most importantly, honest and has integrity. Can't say enough wonderful things about Manuel and his team!
