The team showed up on time, it was very careful to shield flowers and other items around the exterior of the home, kept me informed on what was happening, cleaned up the area, and walked me around the property to examine the work. Jake was very thorough and very professional, as was his entire team

Every person on the work crew was kind and curious. The manager was helpful in making decisions. He kept me updated throughout the job. The job took 2.5 days and they cleaned up so well, you would not know they were there.

From beginning to end. I had a wonderful experience from the girls in the office, the Lead Foreman Jake Lucas, to the men who put the roof on and the man who did the cleanup. Very professional, they all worked steady and efficiently. The foreman explained what was going to happen each step of the way. Answered all my questions, I love my new roof

Dom and the crew did a remarkable job; he was extremely on the ball with letting us know if there were any hiccups, and the crew was extremely respectful of the surrounding property and its integrity. From what can immediately be seen, the gutters were left in *better* shape than when they started, and the roof looks immaculate. We feel really fortunate to bundle our roof with a solar setup, but we honestly would happily recommend Velocity roofing to anyone looking based on what we've seen and experienced so far!

Outstanding Service and Quality! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Velocity Roofing Company. From start to finish, Dom and his crew were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised — a beautiful, high-quality roof that was completed on time and within budget. The workmanship is top-notch, and they left the area spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with excellent craftsmanship, but Velocity Roofing does it all. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work! Looking forward to the next steps and having my solar panels installed in the next few days.
