The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Van Den Oetelaar Roofing & contracting inc. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Had my asphalt roof replaced with a metal shingle roof and couldn't be happier with the result! Not only did they have the best prices around, Kevin took the time to walk us through the different metal roofing options, explained the benefits, and helped us choose the perfect style and color for our home. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout the project. The craftsmanship is top-notch — you can really tell they take pride in their work. Our new roof looks absolutely stunning and has already made a noticeable difference in the comfort and energy efficiency of our home. What really stood out to us was their excellent communication and customer service. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Van Den Oetelaar Roofing & contracting inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
