I am extremely impressed with Valle’s Roofing for their professional approach to my needs. They are very knowledgeable with every detail from design, construction requirements, county code, and more importantly dealing with the insurance policy and adjusters. This was very important and they are very skilled. Plus they are very friendly, thorough with paying attention to detail. The installation crew was amazing with their efficiency. They did not talk much because each person knew their assignment and started right on time and they start early dealing with the hot weather. They took pride in their work and it showed with how they made sure the vent pipes were painted all alike and were all even with each other. I really like the two brothers. They really pay attention to all the details, like material delivery, dumpster delivery, cleanliness and follow up. I really fretted over this roof replacement. Being retired, the price scared me a good bit. Really think they noticed my worry and went out of their way to make sure I understood where I was with this process. I love working with companies like Valle’s roofing and highly recommend their service. My roof is attractive and very well constructed.

I have to absolutely share my experience with Valle’s Roofing & Construction. Back in 2024, I filed a claim with Allstate for a roof leak and got denied. I spent over a year fighting it with a public adjuster and got nowhere. Then I tried another roofing company with a new PA… denied again. Dealing with Allstate was extremely frustrating and exhausting. Fast forward to this year. I came across Valle’s Roofing from a neighborhood post where another homeowner mentioned they helped her after multiple Allstate denials. Ironically, around the same time, Allstate sent me a letter saying they were going to drop my policy because of my roof… the same roof they refused to replace even though it clearly needed it. I called Valle’s and spoke with Uriel. He was honest from the beginning and said, “I can’t make any promises, but I think we can get this approved.” That gave me hope right away. Uriel was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew how to approach the situation. He came up with a game plan, explained everything step by step, and I trusted the process. Within ONE WEEK, we got approved for a full roof replacement. After battling this for almost two years, I honestly couldn’t believe it. Uriel sent his crew out and they did an amazing job on the roof. The quality, professionalism, and communication were all top tier. If you’re struggling with insurance issues or roof claim denials, definitely give Valle’s Roofing & Construction a call. And if this is your first claim, stop reading this review and pick up the phone now… you’ll save yourself a lot of time and stress. I truly wish I had started this entire process with them from the beginning. This company is legit, honest, knowledgeable, and delivers great quality work. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

I had a small leak near the skylight that two others failed to fix properly. These guys actually removed the surrounding seal instead of just patching over it. That made me confident they weren’t doing quick fixes. It took a bit longer than expected because they wanted to ensure the framing underneath was dry and stable. Communication was clear but sometimes slow during busy hours. Still, the final result has held up through multiple rainfalls, which is something I couldn’t say about previous repairs.
