  This roofing company MIGHT exist somewhere because they have some reviews from alleged customers; however, I live a 3 minute walk from this location and it is a building that has has a “FOR RENT” sign on it for at least 6 months, and part of the building has a chiropractor sign on it. Additionally, when I wanted to get roofing estimates several months ago, I called this company’s phone number and the phone was answered by someone. This person, when I told them that I needed a roofing estimate quickly/unexpectedly forwarded my call to another person, and then the next person forwarded my call AGAIN to a roofing company by a completely different name. Idk what this is, but it seems suspicious. Again, I live very close to this location and have never seen any roofing trucks or materials anywhere near here. The building might be vacant.

  I started with a sagging, wavy roof that looked like parts of it could cave in, and I ended up with a strong, great-looking roof system, new gutters, rebuilt sections, new fascia, a new vent stack, and much better attic ventilation. Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. Malachi was wonderful to work with and helped me feel comfortable from the start. The crews were friendly, helpful, efficient, and clearly knew roofing and exterior work. Cameron and the team handled the roof work with real skill, and the rest of the crew did an excellent job on the other repairs and finishing details. Everything was completed with care, the work area was kept organized, and the final result looks clean, solid, and built to last through the changing weather in Rocky Mount. I now feel safe under this roof and truly proud of how my home looks.

  I recently had my thresholds repaired and my roof and gutters replaced by Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling, and the whole experience was excellent. Malachi was very easy to reach throughout the insurance claim process and provided steady support from start to finish. He even met with the insurance adjuster during the inspection to help make sure all storm-related roofing and gutter damage was properly noted and included. On the day of the project, Cameron closely oversaw the crew and made sure the roofing work moved smoothly and stayed on schedule. After the installation, he came back the next day for a careful follow-up inspection to confirm everything was done right. The cleanup was just as impressive as the roof replacement itself. After using magnets to sweep the yard for nails, he still took extra time to check the area by hand so nothing was left behind. What stood out most was the genuine care and professionalism throughout the job. Communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and the attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence. They also checked in afterward to see how things were going, which showed real commitment to customer service.   Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling installed a new gutter system for my home, and the whole roofing and drainage process went very smoothly. cameron, the manager, answered my first question quickly, came out the next morning, and gave me a clear estimate the same day. after comparing a few roofing and gutter companies, i chose them because they were attentive, easy to talk to, and explained the work in simple terms. malachi and the crew arrived on schedule and completed the gutter installation in about half a day. since then, the new system has handled heavy rain, light showers, and strong wind very well, and the water now moves away from the roofline and foundation much better. i also appreciated how clean the crew kept the area and how professionally the job was done. i am very happy with the results and would give the work 5 stars.

  replacing a roof can feel overwhelming, but this job was smooth from start to finish. i had already used valdez family roofing & remodeling for roof inspections, fixing a leak near the bathroom ceiling caused by worn shingles, and handling other roofing maintenance concerns, so i felt confident calling them again when it was time for a full roof replacement. cameron came out, checked the roof carefully, and explained the estimate clearly, including different gaf roofing material options. the whole process was organized and professional, and the roofing crew worked hard with real skill and care. roof replacement is tough, messy work, but they made everything look simple and well managed. they took extra steps to protect the landscaping, outdoor equipment, and surrounding areas from falling shingles and nails. the cleanup during and after the installation was excellent. old shingles and debris were removed properly, and magnetic tools were used to pick up stray nails around the property. after the work was finished, malachi completed a final walkthrough to make sure everything looked right and the area was left clean. it was great to see such pride in workmanship and attention to detail. i am very happy with the new roof and truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality work that made this such a positive experience.

  we had a new roof installed on our home in Rocky Mount a few months ago, and the whole project went really well. i was very pleased with the roofing materials and the overall experience working with this crew. the price was excellent, and the workmanship was outstanding. the main reason i am writing this review is the quality of the work and how well they stood behind it. after a heavy rain and strong wind moved through the area, i noticed water getting into our kitchen and called Cameron right away. he and Malachi arrived incredibly fast, and with a great attitude they got up on the roof and took care of the issue within minutes. it turned out the problem was not caused by their roofing work at all, but by the way my siding was patterned and an area that had not been properly caulked. what really impressed me was how quickly they responded, how professionally they handled everything, and how willing they were to help even though the leak was related to the siding rather than the roof system they installed. these guys are about as good as it gets when it comes to roofing service, roof repair support, and customer care. i would gladly recommend them to anyone in Rocky Mount who needs a roof replacement or any other roofing work.

  I can’t thank Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling enough for all the help with my roof claim and the repairs inside my home in Rocky Mount. After dealing with several roofing contractors and getting nowhere, Malachi was the one who stayed involved, spoke with the adjuster, and kept the whole roofing process moving. He really stood up for me and made sure the storm damage to my roof, interior areas, and gutter system was properly handled. In the end, I got a full new roof, the inside repairs were completed, and brand new gutters were installed. The crew was patient, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish.   Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling just finished a major roofing project at my home in Rocky Mount, including a full roof tear-off, replacement of very old gutters, and new soffit and fascia wrap. Cameron, who handled the estimate and project management, kept me updated the whole way, from the first proposal through each stage of the work, and made sure all my questions were answered. Every crew did excellent work, treated my property with care, and paid close attention to cleanup at the end of each day. The new roof system, gutters, and exterior trim really changed the look of my house and gave it a clean, finished appearance.   i had my siding, fascia, and gutters replaced by valdez family roofing & remodeling. everything turned out great, and their team really knew what they were doing with roofing details. for example, cameron noticed that my front dormer windows needed new siding, but the back ones were fine, which saved me some money. during the installation, they found an area that needed extra attention and let me know right away, which i appreciated. communication was easy since they mostly texted with updates and questions, but they also sent emails when needed. overall, i’m glad i chose them for my roofing project.

  Cameron from the roofing team was one of the best professionals I have ever worked with.
