Crew came out in June to replace the roof. In September, we noticed significant water damage on the ceiling in our spare bedroom. They came to fix the leak and stated they would send someone out to discuss replacement of the ceiling. No answers to calls, texts, or emails since that time. There is now water damage to a different area in the spare bedroom and in our storage shed out back. We've received No response to calls, texts, or emails since they came out to fix the original leak. More than $20,000 spent to replace a roof and now we will have to find someone else to inspect and repair the leaks and replace the ceiling in our guest room and in our storage shed. I was disappointed in the beer bottles left all over the property by the workers, the pallet of materials they never picked up that are still sitting in my driveway, and that we never received the warranty or signed documents. Now I am incredibly frustrated that we have to hire someone else to clean up the mess.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on USA Roofing LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
