  United roofing will NOT stand behind their warranty so Beware!. We are selling my Aunts home that United put a new roof on in late 2019 and inspection found a leak along the facia wood that is causing wood rot and the home would not pass a 4 point inspection for the new owner. Our agent contacted United and was immediately rejected by the staff answering the call. She was immediately told that "you don't think its under warranty do you because it isn't". He was then sent the inspection report with photos via email and no response at all. This GAF roof was sold with a 15 year workmanship warranty which they will not honor.

You have voiced concerns about monetary matters as though they were intertwined with your experience at United Roofing; yet, in truth, no exchange of coin was proffered, for no service was tendered. We dwell within the realm of commerce, where indeed, it is not our aim to entertain loss. Given the nature of your allegations, it seems far more plausible that you’re not a genuine customer at all but rather an impotent competitor, or perhaps related to one, mired in jealousy and discontent over our longstanding reputation and success. For over 25 years, we have upheld a standard of excellence in roofing, a fact that clearly troubles you enough to fabricate such a vindictive and baseless narrative. It’s truly regrettable that you chose to wield this platform as a weapon rather than a tool for honest feedback.   First: Ashley Cunningham did not call my office with a question about some confusion on a roof bid. She called to complain that “we did it wrong”. Three times I heard “we did it wrong”. Second: We received a call from a property owner, not a realtor. They requested a roof estimate, which we provided. In turn they signed a contract with us to have the roof done. Third: Florida Law states that any job over $2500 has to have a Notice of Commencement filed with the court house so we can get our permit and inspections. United Roofing followed the law and recorded the Notice of Commencement. Fourth: United Roofing has been in business for well over 20 years, has over ten thousand re-roof customers and has successfully helped facilitate real estate transactions on almost a weekly basis. We know our business and we are very good at it. Fifth: Ashley Cunningham has been a real estate sales associate for less than two years. Inexperience itself is not a bad thing, everyone needs to start somewhere, but don’t act like you know so much when clearly you don’t. Ashley didn’t call to try to fix a situation. She was annoyed that she had to call at all and we could not get past the blame game. She was insistent that we did it wrong and when I told her what could be done, her reply was “Well why wasn’t that done to begin with?”. At this point, I lost all interest in continuing our conversation, said some not so nice things and hung up the phone. Lastly: Five minutes after our conversation, I received a call from the title company, which quickly took care of the issue. The difference was that the title company knew exactly what was needed and also knew what we did was correct. It seems we live in a world today that anyone can say or do or be as nasty as they wish, but the second they don’t get their way and someone stands up to them, they run to the keyboard to try to harm the company or individual using words such as: appalled and shame on them.   In a day when many contractors just throw a job up I was impressed with the attention to detail and great job United Roofing did. They were also diligent about cleaning up after each day and at the end of the job. Tyler was very helpful answering all questions I had when planning the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

  At 2020 I had my whole Roof installed and was very satisfied, the Customer Service is excellent and so are the Workers. After a Storm I had a Treebranch damaging the Edge on my Roof. Tyler Lawson came took a Look and gave me an Estimate I matter of 1 week he was able to send a Roofer and my Damage was taken care off. I'm impressed about the fair pricing, the excellent Work and most of all the friendliness of Tyler. I hope I spell his Name right

  When we found a flashing issue with our roof, they arrived the next day to inspect it. They found the solution and had an estimate for us the same day. Once we approved they showed up and fixed it within the week. Excellent workmanship, speedy services, calls and questions answered without delay. Overall a great experience.

  United roofing repaired our roof a few years ago! Service was great, workmanship excellent and very reasonable pricing! A recent storm removed two of our shingles, although United Roofing does not sell replacements shingles, Tyler made an exception to help us out in our time of need and graciously supplied the necessary shingles to repair the damage. We are very grateful for his concern and generosity in getting our roof back in shape. Thank you Tyler!

  Tyler, from United Roofing, came to our home today because we had a water leak coming inside our washroom from a recent rain storm. He sealed the vent on the roof to prevent any further water damage. He was very courteous, and he did a great job! Hopefully this will resolve any further water leakage.   United roofing finished our roof replacement yesterday. It looks great! Tyler was our project manager, he was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed throughout the process. We were referred to them and I would recommend them going forward!
