Disappointed - left numerous phone messages and texts as required by their answering phone and never got any reply.

Poor communication in scheduling a viewing of the location, had to reschedule multiple times to have someone show up. After they completed the measurements they informed me it would be only a few days before I received a quote. Instead of receiving a quote they completely ghosted me, even with multiple attempts from myself to request the quotation over the following weeks. I'm glad Tyler showed his inability to conduct basic business practice in the form of bad communication, I would hate to enter a contract and have to deal with this.

Requested a quote for a new duroid roof, Tyler responded in a timely manner. On the date that was available to start, the crew showed up before I left for work in morning, when I returned home that afternoon the roof was done and clean up completed. It looks great!

Tyler and his crew at Undercover Roofing are fantastic. Communication was clear; the advice was great, and they were absolute pros, working through inclement weather to replace our roof before the truly nasty weather set in. It looks fantastic and we are very pleased. Highly recommended!

Undercover Roofing did an exemplary job at our house! Responded quickly to request for quote, honoured timelines stated, gave good pricing on all things requested, fit our job in quickly to their schedule and did an excellent job with the installation. What a great team. I really appreciated the communication and quality of work.

Amazing work. They were very quick, communication was great, and informed us directly when they saw that we would go over the cost proposal (due to the bad condition of the roof). Friendly and very professionals

Tyler is very personable, easy to communicate with and professional. We are very happy with the work he and his crew did in replacing our roof (and coming in under budget was a bonus). We also had a subsequent leak in an old skylight he came to take a look at today which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Tyler and his crew at Undercover Roofing!

Very happy with my new roof. Neighbours love it as well. Tyler and his crew were very professional, showed up on time and left the site clean when they left. Have recommended Undercover to neighbours and friends. Thanks for my beautiful new roof.
