  I’m tired of seeing the adds for this business pop up on youtube i told youtube i did not want to see these adds and all i see now is the adds. I’m not a customer of the business what i am is a neighbor who lives next to a house they did a roof on and i reached out to them told the owner your workers had no business being on my back porch and front porch taking breaks on my property that had no trespassing signs up also told the owner they left nails and old shingles in my flower beds and garden pond and nails in my driveway also they broke the mirror on my driver-side of my car and i wanted him to pay for it his words were i'm going to watch the eye in the sky and ill get back to you here we are 3-5 years later they never got back to me and never paid for the damage to my driver mirror on my car as well as never answered for why his none english speaking employees were on my property that was clearly marked no trespassing this is the true definition of a poor business owner that he could not have the decency to actually reach back out to me to correct what his employees damaged of mine and or correct that his employees were trespassing on a property that said private property no trespassing All his words were i’ll look at the eye in the sky and that nails fall sometimes we don’t get them all the nails shouldn’t have fallen in my yard. The nails shouldn’t have been in my flower beds and/or garden pond but I honestly don’t expect much from a Business owner, who had people that didn’t speak a lick of english working for him on a project that we was not at him self and Ignored a complaint of his people doing things they shouldn’t have as well as destroying things that weren’t theirs i had to give one star cause i couldn’t give 0 stars i gave up on reaching back out to him due to 3 calls after i spoke to him i got told he will call back and never did poor run business is what this place is !

  Got a new roof from them less than a year ago. It’s already leaking. We called and left a message with an answering service a few hours ago. No one from the company has responded yet.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Ultimate Roofing. Their communication was terrible from start to finish. I had to call frequently to be told I will be called back, and I was constantly left wondering about the status of my project. There was also a complete lack of urgency. I took off work, rescheduled multiple days to be left hanging. One day, I kindly received a text 15 minutes prior to job site arrival to cancel for the day. What should have been straightforward repairs or scheduling turned into long delays with little to no explanation. Instead of being proactive, I always felt like I had to chase them for answers. The overall level of professionalism was disappointing. Reliable communication and respect for a customer's time are basic expectations, and Ultimate Roofing failed to meet them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service.

  Ultimate Roofing did not meet their claimed standards. The craftsmanship lacks precision and attention. Communication with the office was frustrating. Problems were acknowledged, but never fully resolved. This was an unreliable service.

  Customer service: 0/5 stars This project started out positively when I met Hayden. He was pleasant, discussed the details of the work, and gave me a timeline for when the project would begin. I signed the contract based on those conversations. However, communication quickly became a problem. I was originally told the work would start the following Monday, weather permitting. Instead, the project started about three weeks later, and only after I contacted several people in the company to ask what was going on. During this time, Hayden often ignored texts or responded several days later. The work was completed more than two weeks after the promised completion date. The next day, I received a bill even though part of the agreed-upon work had not been completed. The issue involved a small roofing detail that had been discussed multiple times before, during, and after the project. While it may not have been specifically written into the contract, it was something clearly communicated and understood during our discussions. When I raised the issue, Tony Vincent contacted me. At first the conversation was professional, but it quickly became dismissive and argumentative. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he focused on explaining why the detail was not specifically written in the contract. This was a standard roofing consideration that should have been clarified with the homeowner before the work was completed. The fix would have taken less than an hour. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I spent most of the conversation hearing excuses about internal communication problems and the company having too many customers to track every detail discussed. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ultimate Roofing. We don't leave any issues unresolved we don't invoice unless job is completely done and the customer is satisfied.

  It took two weeks for them to send someone with one week of complete radio silence, and then their technician did not finish the job I paid for. To finish my gutters they tried to charge me for an additional visit. Absolutely baffled by the poor service.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Hayden and Ultimate Roofing team ! They were absolutely wonderful to deal with , they installed siding and a roof for us and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the quality of their work, they always showed up on time and never stopped working all day , Great job! Also they back up their work, we had one little piece of siding that came off and they were here the next day to fix it ! I would highly recommend Ultimate Roofing and Mr, Hayden to anyone ❤️

  After having multiple estimates done for roofing for our house and garage roof and gutters, Hayden was by far the most in-depth and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concern areas, climb up into our dusty attic and use a moisture meter to check for unknown problem areas, and sit down with us to thoroughly explain the process and talk over the estimate to be sure we were satisfied with the cost and informed. He also brought up areas of hail damage on the house that we weren’t even aware of and helped with any information our insurance agent needed to file a claim. Hayden and everyone involved in the project had fantastic communication from initial contact to financing, time estimates, project progress photos, and final review after completion. Our detached garage was a particular problem area as it had years of wear and tear, storm damage, and overall neglect from previous owners. Upon our request Hayden was able to estimate an idea of what replacement boards would be so we wouldn’t have any large unforeseen costs and the crew got it secure again without a single issue. Speaking of the crew, they worked incredibly fast, it was impressive and they were kind and respectful of the area. Afterward, they went through several times with magnets to make sure all scraps and nails were cleaned up after so we didn’t have to worry about our kids stepping on a rogue rusty nail. The whole process was very smooth and the result is beautiful but more importantly relieved a huge amount of worry I had for the structural integrity of the garage. I absolutely recommend Ultimate Roofing and Hayden to help you with your project, you won’t regret it!

  They did a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient. The cleanup was amazing. They cleaned my porch and even my plants. The team was great. Dylan Rockafellow was very helpful and polite. A great experience all around!!

  Terry Collin’s was very professional and timely at the appointment for our estimate. He answered all of our questions and explained the process of installation. Dylan Rockafellow oversaw the install of our roof and continued to check in with us throughout the process. The installers did excellent work, they worked extremely hard and got our roof done in one day. Highly recommend Ultimate Roofing.

  Shout out to ultimate roofing co LLC, under seven hours for complete new roof including stripping, repairing All damage and not leaving a single nail behind. Great friendly crew who respected us and our property. they even spent time with our boxers.
