  My roof leaked and it took them 4 days to come out to do an assessment for quote. 10 days later I have never received a quote.

  I had a fantastic experience with Turner & Sons Roofing. It was refreshing to work with a company that was honest, transparent, and truly had my best interests in mind. John was outstanding throughout the entire process. He communicated every step clearly, worked efficiently, and his knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Thank you for the excellent service, I’ll definitely be using Turner & Sons Roofing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

  I had a leak in a section of my roof resulting with a stain on my ceiling. I called Turner and they were just great. They responded to my problem immediately and took care of the problem. They were very professional and caring. I can’t say how much I appreciate what they did for us with such short notice. I would highly recommend Turner and Sons Roofing and Siding.

  My siding job has come out great but did not start that way. My salesperson/ estimator Craig Tarallo made some key errors in the estimate,promised us all kinds of things including stopping by (lives 4 miles away) but never did. Promised a Project Mgr on site (more like a pop in once a day)( maybe) leaving myself to answer questions. My request for a full time Project Mgr was ignored by Management and our job stopped everytime they needed help elsewhere. I finally contacted the owner, promising to stop this job for lack of support that was promised as mistakes were happening all over only to get talked to in a very disrespectful,condescending and arrogant manner by the owner Doug. I was offered to switch Project Manager but the fact was I needed one here all day. Finally, I got a full time Project Mgr John Mcgowan. That's when things changed, his knowledge, personal skills,willing to think forward and execute to perfection. He was our savior. Could not have asked for a better person to take on this role. I know there will be a rebuttal by Management because that's what they do but the fact remains there is no word of lie here. John Mcgowan took a bad situation and made for a satisfying outcome.So thankful for John's leadership and talent. Workmanship once directed was impeccable and John made sure communication was clear and precise. I would recommend Turner and Sons if John Mcgowan was Project Mgr but only then. Type of person you can believe and trust.

  Excellent company in every way. We've worked with them for almost 20 years, various projects. They recently did a new roof for us. Highly professional and friendly from start to finish, prompt, efficient, high quality workmanship. Very fair price. I highly recommend Turner & Sons.

  Job well done from start to finish. I was very happy with the communication I received about the process and when the roof job would be completed. They were efficient, timely and cleaned up after the roof was finished. My parents had Turner and sounds do their roof as they have a great reputation. Would highly recommend.

  I had Scott D. come out to make a minor repair to the aluminum fascia on my house that the wind had blown off, and my experience from start to finish with Turner and Sons was excellent. Sarah was great in the office and passed my needs on to Scott. Scott was incredible. He went above and beyond when fixing the issue and was so transparent and informative that when I need to replace my roof, I'll be calling Turner and Sons. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or siding.

  Turner and Sons is an amazing local business. Doug Turner goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. I had a bit of water getting behind my gutters which were redone with the siding job not with the roof (which is atypical). He had forewarned me that replacing the gutters not with the roof may have some issues. That’s being said, he came and fixed it anyway and while he was up there he kindly took my Xmas lights off the gutters for me. All the work they do is high quality and they stand behind it. Wish all business operated like this!
