Used Truframe to replace a roof on a house I was selling. They did an amazing job and did it in a very timely manner at a great rate.

Landon is the man! Honest - and that is far above the proficiency and the price, which are also excellent. Cannot recommend enough.

I had TrueFrame Roofing replace our roof and was very pleased with pricing, promptness, and quality of work. Also, important to me was the protection of shrubs around the house and pickup of shingles and tacks which fell during removal of two levels of roofing. I would recommend them to anyone who is getting roof replacement.

Charlotte attics can climb past 150 degrees by July, and that heat doesn't stay put. It works its way into the living space and forces the air conditioner to run harder just to keep up, making cooling costs the biggest line item on most summer utility bills. If a roof replacement is on the horizon, it's also a chance to fix that. · Cool roofing shingles with solar-reflective granules cut surface temperature without changing the traditional shingle look · Proper attic ventilation is often the highest-impact, lowest-cost improvement available during a replacement · Radiant barrier underlayment reflects heat before it radiates into the attic, especially valuable on west-facing roof sections · Lighter shingle colors reflect more solar energy than darker ones Every TrueFrame roof replacement includes a full ventilation assessment, not just new shingles on top of an existing problem. If summer cooling bills feel out of proportion to your home's size, or your roof is nearing 15 to 20 years old, it may be worth finding out whether the roof itself is part of the issue. TrueFrame Roofing offers a free energy assessment for homeowners across the greater Charlotte area.6 days agoLearn more
