  We are very disappointed customers, my aunt got her roof done back in August of 2024. Not even a year later I had shingles come out of one of the edges. My aunt Lilia reached out and talked to John Mosses the OWNER about the situation and he stated he would send someone out to fix it and if he could not get someone he stated he would personally come do it himself. Lilia has been calling messaging him, leaving voicemails and no return messages. They guaranteed 30year warranty and unfortunately not even a year later after the work was done I have some fixing to do. Especially with rainy season approaching. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Very unprofessional and disappointing outcome!

  I scheduled an appointment for an inspection to our roof on 5/13/23. John scheduled me for 5/16/23 at 2:30p.m. I called him around 4.p.m. on 5/16/23 to check in with him since we were expecting him. He apologized, and advised me he was waiting on an adjuster but would head my way as soon as he was done there. He never showed up or even bother to text or call to re-schedule the inspection. I was really looking forward to the inspection to our roof. We moved on to another roofing company...

  Berenice, I am sorry you had a bad experience with us! John had an adjuster meeting run exceptionally long. He said he handed the lead off to another sales rep and that sales rep said they called you twice. Not sure if you got those calls but I do apologize for the mix up and inconvenience!

  We love our metal roof. These guys came out to see us here in McAllen Texas and did an incredible job. They had our insurance company pay for a roof replacement and then we ended up getting a metal roof instead. There was a little out-of-pocket expense, but boy wasn’t worth it. These guys nailed it. (excuse the pun)
