  I just want to share my experience with Total Roofing & Construction Services, Inc. I called and scheduled an appointment for 11/21/2024. On 11/21/2024 after the scheduled time, I called the office and the young lady who answered the phone was very professional and apologized for Brett not showing up or at least call me. I accepted the apology and scheduled another appointment for 11/26/2024 at 9am. Today is 11/26/2024 in the early afternoon and no one showed up nor did I receive a call. This is very unprofessional and allowed me to see what it would be like if I had decided to give them my business. One star is given because the young lady that answers the phone was very pleasant.

  Natachia, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our scheduling and appreciate your feedback. Our project manager was there today 15 mins prior to the 9 am appointment and there was still another roofer (unmarked) on the roof while we were onsite. Brett even knocked on-site and did the site analysis. We have everything to provide the estimate but no one came to the house upon knocking. We have photos of your house and what we needed to start. We would love to assist you further and apologize over last weeks cancel due to the snow on the roof. Please feel free to contact us via text or call for any additional support you may need.

  PM came out to my home 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my quote. I called the office after 2 weeks to follow-up and told I would receive in a few days, yet still no quote.

  A 2 star review because it’s a few days for our staff to get on site? We can gladly schedule an appointment but currently our project managers are assisting clients recent inquires.

  Representative was was misleading in pricing the job they come to me a month after job is complete and want me to pay an additional 3,500 dollars after financing the original price they tell me the work they did was worth 3,500 more dollars but I guess they didn't know that when they financed the original amount with contract that was written from the very beginning where their representative modified it crossing out different parts with permission from their office supposedly at best I feel it's fraud and deceptive practices very unhappy in this regard

  There was no fraud or miscommunication. As we've mentioned many times while reading the contract and reviewing the total that was signed for. This was signed and approved by you prior to work even starting. The invoice matches the amount signed for. Our representatives have discussed this with you and we offered to help with the insurance process to further help you with minimizing your costs, yet you did not believe it would help or be worth it. Please review the copy of the contract. There was no fraud whatsever. You even gave us a 5 star review prior to seeing the final invoice, which indicates you were happy with the service, but not with paying the agreed amount.

  Hello Clyde, It’s Phillip checking in. Thank you for the kind review. We apologize that there was a delay in getting your free estimate as we informed you we were awaiting on response from your neighbors (2 full buildings -11 units) and we’d be able to pass a cost savings to you upon their decision being in the area. We were still awaiting word on the one building. Again we informed you from the get go that the estimate was contingent on this because you live in 5-unit townhome with no HOA and only 2 units wanted to do the roof, which was a can of worms. We told you of our initial concerns because of the issues with doing 1/3 of the roof such as manufacturer warranties being voided with roof tie ins (old and new), liability from neighbors if they have issues in the future, and that we were waiting for final word from the other complex. Again we have not completed any work on your property and only performed a Free Saturday morning inspection and measurement take off for the estimate. We wish you the best on finding a roofing solution.

  I hate to even write a review because I don’t want to be told I’m wrong or to be given excuses, but I don’t want anyone to fall into the same trap I did. I called and arranged a time for someone to come out and give us a quote for new siding, facia, gutters and soffits. I also asked for a second quote that would be all that but also include some brick façade work. This company was one of the only companies I could find that did ALL that work, so I was excited. Gary came out, seemed like a nice person, and sent us a 3D model of our home. He said play around and let me know what you’re wanting. I did. Once I was finished I realized Gary never gave me a way to contact him. I called the office number 4 times (after the first call wasn’t returned I knew I wasn’t going to go with them, but I wanted to see if they were actually ghosting me). The only good part was the receptionist. She was kind and apologetic and said it was super unprofessional. She might have been just saying that, but she was still nice about it. Never got a return phone call…. Email…. Voicemail…. Text…. from Gary. I was ghosted and my projects were delayed. I luckily found a great company that did some of the work I needed done. I am understanding of worker shortages and supply costs… but just be straight forward. It’s rude to leave someone hanging.

  TRC was referred to us after our roof was damaged during recent severe weather. Phillip scheduled an inspection quickly, showed up reliably, and couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to our situation. He was very thorough, looking in the attic, assessing everything that needs to be up to code, and discussing some options for longstanding gutter drainage issues. Phillip was also very transparent and informative about the process involved, including permits, what he will need from us, and how they work with the insurance company. At the time of this review we are in the planning stages of a total roof replacement from TRC. Based on our experience with them so far, we feel we're in good hands and the peace of mind that brings is priceless. TRC has been super responsive, they're great communicators, and they've been extremely easy to work with. We're looking forward to our new roof!

  I had a great initial experience with Raymond Harley. He was professional and timely with scheduling and performing a thorough roof inspection and providing a detailed quote.
