The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for TORCH AND TROWEL LTD.. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Was referred to Joel by a neighbor who works in the construction business. I had a persistent leak on my flat roof. Within a few days he came to inspect the work and we quickly booked the work to fix my issue. From the start, the response to my call was quick, service was professional, honest, and thorough. He carefully identified the source of the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done, and walked me through the products and methods he would use to properly seal the roof. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure the repair was successful. After completing the work, he followed up after a week and a heavy rainfall to make sure everything was holding up as expected. He also let me know I was on his list for another inspection the next time he was working in my neighborhood. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the quality of the repair long after the job is finished. Thanks to his expertise, I finally found and fixed the source of my roofing issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, meticulous, and trustworthy roofing services.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on TORCH AND TROWEL LTD.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
