Beware Not reliable! I had an appointment for 10:00 am today with Scott (the owner) for a consultation on my shed's roof and he totally "no-showed". No call, no text message. I texted him to see if he was still coming after he would have been 20 min. late and received no response. Very rude, inconsiderate and totally unreliable.
