  Not sure about Tom’s roofing services but I can tell you his driving can improve for sure especially around Los Cab in Fountain Valley

  My HOA hired this company, I didn't directly, after a week of disruptive noise, debris inside and outside our house, horrific smell, now there is roofing tar dripping down the front of our condo and covering the concrete walk outside the walkway in front of our home. I mentioned it to one of the roofers on site and they said "its nothing personal" we'll clean it up. After laughing and saying insulting things in spanish, thinking I couldn't understand, there is still tar dripping down the front of my home. Most of the guys were kind and professional about moving vehicles so we could come and go from our place during the week they were here, but the couple I spoke to about the tar were rude and insulting.

  The workers are here now in Stanton and they leave food and garbage all over the driveway. Chips Salsa, food being spit out. We will have to clean after they are finished. I'm appalled at the filth. Crews should always clean up and make the work area presentable. Some of the workers are rude.

  I personally contacted and met with the resident as soon as he posted the review. Our crews were seeking shade to eat lunch and they did sit in front of his garage door which was across the alley from the other units we were roofing in the town home complex. I had the person who dropped food debris wash and clean up the eating area and directed the crew to seek other areas to eat. Resident was satisfied with the cleanup and posted an updated positive Yelp review but has not updated his Google review: I had a very positive experience with Tom Beyer roofing. Brian one of the Senior team members was attentive and listened to my concerns. The workmanship was outstanding and the materials were top notch. If you have any concerns they will be addressed promptly and professionally. I was Impressed with this company and I'm not easily impressed. Resident is a very nice gentleman and had every right to be concerned with the food debris. Actions were taken to correct this from happening in the future.

  Had what is known as a roof tuneup which includes roof maintenance, painting of all exhausts pipes and for me a much needed rain diversion rail in patio. Showed up exactly has expected, performed the work, showed me what they did and kept everything clean. Roof looks almost new again. Whole process was professional and no surprises.

  Whole new roof completed in just four days! Trent was great with responding to emails and questions. The crews that worked on our roof were professional, friendly and efficient. They also cleaned and removed all materials at the end of every day and helped with covering our pool! Highly recommend Tom Byer Roofing!

  Had a little difficulty in connecting with the office, but once I did the workers showed up ahead of schedule and did a thorough job. We have recently had a lot of work done and the Byer Roofing crew did the best job, by far, of cleaning up.

  Tom Byer Roofing has a good team for inspection and repair. Recently they serviced the roof at my apartment building and did a great job. They were on time and did what they said what they were going to do and did it. Highly recommend them.

  Excellent service and workmanship on replacement of a 40+ year old shake roof. May not be the lowest quote but the quality of work and trust in the company will be worth it.

  We have used Tom Byer before and used them again because of our positive experience the first time. We were not disappointed. Of the 3 estimates we received, one was based solely on a Google map view of our house, the second company came out and made an estimate without going on the roof to see what the issues were. Trent Byer, on the other hand, came with a truck and a ladder, climbed up on the roof, surveyed the condition and made recommendations that would suit us best and saved us money. The work crew was courteous, professional and got the job done. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with all the staff at Tom Byer Roofing from the estimate, to scheduling, repair and billing. Wonderful people. We would highly recommend them.

  Communication was top notch. Always knew what was going to happen. The work was done in two days. The efficiency of the workers was a sight to behold. Cleanup was done very well. Not a scrap of paper or loose nail was to be found. A shout to Trent and his crew from Tom Byer roofing.

  10/10 We had a few roofers inspect our flat roof. Trent was the only one who clearly had experience working on our kind of home before, and he was the only one to notice and call out problems with our pitched roof. The company is honest and give fair price. While doing the work, they noticed a couple other issues and took care of it free of charge since we were already paying for the day. When we need a new roof, I’m calling this company. We also got on the schedule right away to meet our construction deadlines.
