  Two years ago, I had the flat roof of my house replaced by SNG Roofing. Initially, everything seemed to be going well: the company quoted me $10,000 with a 15-year warranty. I accepted this offer. On the day of the work, after they had completely removed my old roof, I was told I had to pay an additional $4,500, for a total of $14,500. Yet, to my knowledge, the roof structure showed no signs of rot, holes, or significant damage. I was also told that if I refused these additional repairs, the warranty would be void. So, I had practically no choice. The work was completed, I paid the full amount, and I received my 15-year warranty certificate. A year later, during a very heavy downpour, water leaked into my house and caused significant damage. My insurance company intervened, and part of the roof was opened. According to the explanation I received on site, the problem stemmed from a faulty connection between the roof and a pipe, which allowed water to seep in during the heavy rain. I immediately contacted SNG Toitures. I called on Monday, but the company didn't come until Friday, despite the urgency of the situation. They cut out a section of my new roof, made a repair, and left a patch on a roof that was only a year old. Since then, communication has been extremely difficult. My questions remain unanswered, and I haven't received any explanation or follow-up. Now, every time it rains heavily, I go up to check if water is coming into my house again. It's a constant source of stress. I'm simply sharing my personal experience. I kept photos of the damage, the repairs, and the condition of the roof. For such a significant investment, I expected quality workmanship and better after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience with SNG Roofing was very disappointing.
